Please take 2 caps 30 minutes pre-workout. If you work out after 5 pm, I would not use this product pre-workout but use as a blast off in the moring or with morning cardio. You may up the dose to 3 caps but please run 2 caps for the first 3 days. 3 caps is to much for my sanity.

2 caps should be void of jitters and crashes.

Would you like this ran solo, or is it ok to utilize other supps (such as PowerFULL, Cissus, Creatine, etc.) while logging the cAMP Intense?
 
I downed some of the powder that was left from maybe 2 broken capsules and holy **** this stuff is nuts my log is up on bb.com and synergy muscle, do you want one here as well?

Take with PowerFULL and u will feel magic!
 
My cAMP intense arrived today.... I didn't have time to do an in-depth examination, but it appears quite a few caps were broken/crushed in transit. Powder actually poured out of a small tear in the envelope.

I jumped the gun. I couldn't resist. The blue caps were calling my name.
I know, I know. I'm addicted to supps...

I got up pretty tired around 9:30AM - didn't feel like doing anything (and I've got some stuff I gotta get done today).
So - I took 2 of these.
It seems to give me much more energy than C2 - and responds quicker.

I'll go back to the C2 to finish the log - but I can't wait to take this stuff for a longer period of time.
Seems very promising after one dose.

I took 3, felt really warm and focused.. Not as intense as I hoped, but I'd use it as long as the fat-burning results are there.. :)
 
Woke up at 4:45 to take the 2 pills before my 5:30 workout. The effects came on slow but steady. It is a very focused and clean kind of high. I can still feel the effects now. I didn't get to work out because the gym didn't open this morning due to the opening manager over sleeping so the true review will have to start tomorrow. So far... I like the feeling. :twisted:
 
Took 2 cAMP Intense at around 8:15 am I think.

My hands are sweating like crazy! Kinda gross...... but dang, I'll probably lose a pound of water weight through my palms alone! lol
 
Took 2 Sunday morning - 10am - felt a rush or sensation over my my skin that gradually increased as well as the energy. Started feeling a little stomach nausea, barely but It was first thing in the morning. ate my pre-wo and that made the nausea go away - went to the gym and by the time I got their (10min drive) my forehead was sweating and my whole body felt buzzed, it was a pretty cool feeling and I actually liked the stimulant buzz (usually I am not a fan of stims)

took 2 around 5pm that night - felt really warm again but not that stimulated - one pill was cracked and missing about half - so too low of a dose.

2 - 8:30 am today - forehead got really warm and sweaty got the skin buzz sensation again and I felt stimulated then it seemd to level out around 10:30 and I feel normal again.


so far it's pretty good I like the feeling.
 
Finally got mine Noon 18 July and popped 2 immediately, my w/o won't be till later so I didn't want to take them too late and be up all night, so feedback will follow from me, but it's been 45min and it's starting to take some effect.
 
Took 2 more monday afternoon before workout - no body buzz but I felt alert - I'd say hot too but it was 95 here and the ac at the gym was broke.

Took 2 this am before cardio - it kicked in about 15 min into cardio - felt pretty focused, like a zoned in feeling and the hunger pains stayed at bay, usuaully I'am starving by the end. no body buzz but my skin feels consistently warmer than normal.
 
OK - I LOVE this stuff!!!!!!!!!!!

Woke up this morning at 4:45 popped three pills. Hit the gym at 5:30 for leg day and I had one of the best leg days ever.

3 sets of 8 at 275 - full range squats
3 sets of 4 at 730 - full range 45 degree leg presses

I felt like I could lift more too!!!! I am still up and no sign of crashing or jitters.

Tuesday - 2am - 2 pre-wo - 3rd day in - seems like most of the feelings I hd from the start are gone - my workouts seemed to have gone quicker and I dont' let up pace - I feel like I am just constatnly moving so...the stimulant effects are there.

Wed - 2am with 2 C2 - felt stimulated but that's about it - no extra warmth or body buzz - that fealt cool I want it back.

Wed - pre-wo - took 2.5 (one of the cracked pills had about half left in it) with 2 c2 - fealt picked up and ready to go - stimulant effects where there - extra heat was not.

Thursday am - took 2 + 2 C2 - nothing - even the stim effect was mild.

So far as it shows the noticeable effects are leveling out - upping it to 3 am / 3 pm for the last 2 days - I think it's just underdosed for my size - 226lbs or......burn3d really is kicking my ass, which is true - lethargy is a real ***** on this stuff.

I hear you there - the only time I'am ever off the computer is in the gym - even in my sleep I have to stop myself from picking up the ppc-6700 when it chirps(sprint PDA phone) - I can't wait until someone finally invents the chip for our head - I know it's sad
 
Took 3 at 9am with 2 c2. I can't sit still at my computer I feel like I want to bounce off the walls - I keep getting hot flashes in my forehead and my arms - it's 1pm and the feeling has been lasting for 3 hrs. The feeling is interesting to say the least.
