The contest is simple. IN your opening thread, you state if you’re are cutting or bulking. With the New age supplements on the market and cutting edge nutrition, One can cut and preserve muscle and even gain a few lbs of LBM while losing fat. If you are bulking, we are looking for the most Muscle gained with the least amount of fat gained. Simple.
--A log must be started
--Supplements must be listed
--A before picture must accompany the first post of the thread holding that day’s newspaper to document date of picture.
--A after picture must accompany the last post of the thread with Newspaper of that day.
--Training and nutrition must be logged
--The log setup and detail information we leave to the contestant. You can be creative as this forum allows.
We are also looking into how you convey the experience on paper. We are looking to LEARN FROM your theories and concepts. How you plan to achieve your goal. We want a daily synopsis on how you felt each day. We want psychology and post motivating factors.
Of course, Results are the most important factor but other factors are considered.
This contest will go on regardless of the number of contestants.
