My Experience with PowerFull

I have been using PowerFull for one month now at a high dose; I started out at 8/6 (workout days/non-workout days) and about 10 days ago increased to 10/8. I don't think the dosage increase made much difference, however I was on a full dose to begin with. For much of this time I have also been using ActivaTe.

The positive effects that I have noticed include improved sleep, sense of well being and some mild improvements in aggression/confidence although I realise the latter could be a placebo effect.

Unfortunately I can't say that I think I have gained any strength that I can attribute to the PowerFull or ActivaTe. I am a 32 year old male with considerable weight training experience and I have been using these supplements during a period of bulking. The strength gains that I have made in this bulking cycle are on par with what I could achieve without supplements. I also cannot say that I noticed the positive sexual side effects that some users have reported. Interestingly quite a few people write-off Tribulus as a waste of money, although I have obtained noticeable sexual performance improvements using Tribulus in the past.

One interesting side effect of the PowerFull is what I believe to be increased body temperature. My forehead has felt slightly sweaty continuously and when I touch my forehead it feels oily. I am very curious to know whether PowerFull is thermogenic?

In addition to feeling warm and slightly sweaty all day I have not gained weight as easily as usual on this bulk. I have had to continuously increase my daily calories in order to make small gains. This is not the usual situation for me. I am 200lb and tend to gain weight without much difficulty - the issue for me tends to be one of working hard to ensure that the weight gained is actually muscle and not too much fat. Whilst weight gain has been slow during this bulk, I have also not added much fat. However, the lack of fat gain could result from my effort to eat cleaner this time around and maintain 3 short weekly cardio sessions (just 30 mins on the treadmill each session).

To clarify what I mean when I say that I have not gained weight easily, I mean that I have had to eat significantly more calories than usual to make some relatively small gains in weight. I.e. I would normally bulk on an average of up to 3500 cals per day. Up to a couple of weeks ago I was making zero gains in weight at 4000 cals! More recently I have had to increase my caloric intake to 4500 cals to make some weight gains.

I realise that my decision to retain some cardio on this bulk (which I haven't done previously) will impact on my weight gain, however 3 x 30 minute sessions on the treadmill would not seem sufficient to explain the need to increase my food intake by 1000 calories per day. Additionally my work is not labour intensive. I am a corporate financial analyst and spend the majority of may day seated in front of a computer. 4500 cals is a lot for someone in this situation in contrast to someone working a more labour intensive job.

In summary, while for me the effects of PowerFull were not as potent during my bulk as others have reported, I am left wondering whether this would be a very good product for me to use while cutting. I.e. if this is as thermogenic on me as it appears then I may not need to cut calories very much to begin dropping weight and leaning up. I am interested to know if anyone else has experienced similar thermogenic type activity from PowerFull or ActivaTe?
 
Haven't noticed any thermo effects with Activate. Although, it's theorized to increase TH release. I've just begun Powerfull, so I'll let you know when I'm further along.
 
Something I had noticed when I was using PowerFULL (not solo) was feeling tired and warm a lot of the time, I was taking in ~4000kcal per day and I'm no way big enough to normally need that much but I did lose fat and gain lean mass so I'm not going to complain.
I took it with cissus rx, c2 and cAMPH and I was taking 10 caps/day of PowerFULL.
