Dosing Schedule Help

Okay so I just got my hands on powerfull,symmetry and cissus (1 bottle of each) and want to know the most effective dosing schedule for this stack. I will be working out in the morning, goal is to get into the low teens for bf% - currently around 18-19%. Extremely clean diet which has gotten me where I am today. Thoughts? (lifting 3x per week / cardio 3x per week and 1 cheat day per week (no workout at all and no food restrictions)

couldn't have said it better myself!! this way, you get to see what worked for others- which is a good starting point, and then you can tailor the stack to your own needs

Immediately upon waking (b4 workout):
2 Cissus RX
2 Symmetry
2 Powerfull

3pm
2 Cissus RX
2 Symmetry
2 Powerfull

9pm
2 Cissus RX
2 Symmetry
2 Powerfull

I think this will be the same regardless of cardio days/lifting days.

If you are lifting early like that, try combining your first and second dose..So on lifting days it would be like:

4 Symmetry
4 Powerfull
2 Cissus (I found no pre-WO advantage to upping Cissus)

That setup worked AMAZING for me..
 
According to the cissus bottle I should only be taking 4 per day. Did you take 6 per day? Jesus i'm looking at these bottles realizing they are only going to last 21 days! :think:

Depends exactly what you want it for. In higher doses Cissus does have anabolic effects, especially when matched with Powerfull. However, if you are just using it for joints/tendons and such 4 a day should suffice.
 
I'm really looking to maximize the anabolic properties that's why I went with all 3 in one stack. I guess I just didn't realize how little were in each bottle... :) Based on what i've read about from your thread i'm expecting to see some gains in the 21 days. Do you think I should not take it on my cheat day or is it just vitally important all around every day?
 
Come to think of it I actually saw somebody from USP talking about not taking it one day a week, but do not quote me on that. Yeah, if you are eating/training right, you should see some strength and weight in the three weeks.
 
bump...looking to start this soon and want to know from USPlabs on the aforementioned question - recommended to take one day off per week from the supps or not?

you can- b/c w/ 6 days on/1 day off, blood levels of the supplements will still be very high
