The 1st Lady of USP: C2/cAMPhibolic Log

My C2 & camphibolic arrived late last week and I'm very excited to start my log! I've decided to hold off until Monday so I can get through the weekend festivities.
Monday evening I will update with my current body weight and BF% along with my intended workout plans.
I have to get started soon because I've seen Mr. Lanbane eyeing my supps! He knows better though :whip:

Day 1

Female
Age: 23
Height: 5'3"
Weight: 130
BF: 21% according to hand held BIA (not the most accurate)

I have been lifting weights heavy and consistently for the past 3 years and dieting on and off. My lifting strategy has definitely changed over the past 3 years. I lift heavy for about 8-12 reps. My biggest pet peeve is women who press 10# DB's because they don't want to "bulk up." Just to give an idea, some of the weights I lift are:
DB Shoulder press: 35# DB's
Incline DB Chest Press: 40-45# DB's
Straight bar curls: 55#
Cable TPD: 90#
Take my word that form is always good. Mr. LanBane won't let me get away with bad form, he wouldn't hesitate to put a foot up my ass.

Right now my main goal is to lose BF while maintaing lean mass. I am currently lifting weights 3-4 times per week and doing cardio at least 3 times per week. My cardio workouts vary between HIIT and moderate steady-paced. Although I always try to "eat clean", my diet hasn't been too strict lately. That is about to change though!

I have competed in a couple of local bodybuilding shows. Nothing too serious, just for fun and the experience. As of right now I don't have any competitions planned for the future, but if I see some good results I might have to reconsider!

Supps: This morning I started off with 2 C2 prior to breakfast. I took 2 more around 3pm prior to another meal. I noticed a little bit more energy than usual with the C2. I plan on taking 2 camphibolic tonight before bed. I am also taking Beverly Lean Out and Ultra 40.
Diet: Still getting back on track from the holiday weekend. Tomorrow will be much better.
Workout: No workout today because the gym was closed (Memorial Day). I did sweat my balls off though (if I had them) while working in the yard.

Day 2

I'm only going to update my stats every few days. I don't think my weight or BF% has changed much since yesterday, I might have grown a couple of inches though......I could only hope!

Supps: 2 C2 prior to breakfast and 2 again in the afternoon prior to another meal. I am waiting on my next order of Lean Out so I wasn't able to take any of those today. I am taking Ultra 40 with at least 3 meals. I will be taking 2 camphibolic before bed.
Last night I slept very well. I'm not sure whether to give credit to the camphibolic or if it could be the placebo effect. My energy was good all day considering I had to be at work @ 6am this morning. Blah!!!!!!! I'm feeling pretty good with the amount of C2 I'm taking right now. I might keep it the same for tomorrow and then up it to 3 in the afternoon the next day. I won't be able to take my afternoon dose directly before my workout sometimes because I usually don't get to the gym until 6pm. If I take C2 that late in the day it will probably keep me up all night. Caffeine and I don't get along late in the day
Diet: Diet was much better today. My biggest struggle is just having meat prepared in advanced. I want to make sure I'm getting adequate amounts of protein.
Workout: I actually did a step class today. I can't tell you how long it has been since I have participated in a group fitness class. The instructor seems like she is the next best thing to a drill sergeant and I figured it would be a nice addition to my regular workouts. It really kicked my butt!! It was great cardio and I was really feeling it in my legs......I'll let you know how they feel tomorrow! The abs at the end weren't that bad either. Tomorrow is back and triceps.

i am looking forward to this log. santa passed for me today, but i will not be starting my USP stack until June 30/July 1. so maybe i'll be the 4th or 5th Lady of USP.

I didn't get a chance to read this post earlier in the day and I had already taken 2 doses of C2. They were taken at 7am and 3pm. I went ahead and took 2 cAMPH @ 6:30pm prior to workout. I was going to take 1 more before bed. I felt perfectly fine and had a good workout. Do you think this is ok?
 
Day 3

Supps:

cAMPH - 2 prior to evening workout and 1 before bed. I am still sleeping really well at night. I'm have to give credit to the cAMPH :box:

Diet: Today went as planned.....5 clean & healthy meals as scheduled.

Workout: Today was back and triceps. Workout felt good & strong! I went for 3-4 sets w/10-12 reps each.

My workouts have felt good with lots of energy and I have been getting really awesome sleep at night!

Day 7

Weight has remained the same thus far. I haven't really expected to lose weight because my calorie intake has actually increased a little to help maintain strong workouts.
I have seen a noticeable difference in energy levels during the day while taking the C2.
I saw the thread that JMin posted regarding IBS and cAMP and I have also had a similar experience. I have never been what you would call "regular" and over the past few days this has changed. I will keep monitoring and update on my posts as necessary. Besides this I have been sleeping like a baby at night! I also feel very energized once I wake up. It feels great to have a good nights sleep!!! I would be interested to see if anybody else has had this experience with the cAMP.

It has been several day since my last post.....sorry about that. I don't have much computer time these days. I have recently started coaching T-Ball, teaching a hip-hop class and picked up several more PT clients.

I have been taking my supplements consistently and have really been noticing a difference. My focus and energy during workouts has been awesome!!! I have been at the gym everyday this week and have been mixing my cardio up by doing a variety of different things. Cardio has been everyday and I try to lift atleast Monday, Wednesday, & Friday.

I love cAMPibolic!!!!!!!! I have a few 6 am mornings during the week and I normally hit the snooze one too many times. This week was so different. One morning I even woke up before my alarm went off. I feel like I have been getting great sleep and waking up more energized.
2 @ 6pm prior to workout, 1 before bed
I am still taking Bev Lean Out (2 with Meals 1, 3, & 5) and Bev Ultra 40's (3 with meals 1, 3, & 5).
I have also included Sesamin. I take this @ 12pm, 6pm & before bed.

Mr. lanbane just received a butt load of Cissus and Powerfull that he ordered. My variety of workouts has caused some aches and pains. I have considered adding in the Cissus to my plan. My dad has struggled with chronic shoulder pain for a while. He does not have much experience with supplements but he is interested in the Cissus. He is going to start it next week. I will keep everyone informed of how this goes.

Long time no post..........Unfortunately I do not have internet access at home anymore and it has been difficult to post.

Workouts have been very consistent and energetic. I am getting 3-4 days of weight lifting workouts per week and about 5 cardio sessions. I have continued to mix up my cardio so I don't get bored.

Although my workouts have been consistent I have remained at the same weight. Not much has changed with my body comp. I am fine with this for now because my energy level has been up and I have been getting great workouts.

Supplements:
C2
cAMPhibolic (the cAMP has been great for my digestive system! It has helped me stay "regular", if that's what you want to call it :dump: )

No major visual changes that I can see, but I am very critical of myself. I'll check with Mr. Lanbane :D
I can say that I have continued to maintain lean mass and my clothes feel a little looser. I will check BF% at the end of the week. I plan on participating in the 35 day contest!

I actually started adding in Powerfull this week. I'm only taking 1 capsule 2 or 3x's a day. I will definitely take a look at your log. Thanks for the feedback on mine!!
 
Day 28

Today’s workout:
Cardio: 40 minutes stepper, 20 minutes treadmill alternating walking and running uphill
Hammer Strength Bench
DB Incline press (my last set was 45’s for 5 reps………my goals is 50’s)
DB Incline flyes
Push-ups on Smith machine for high reps

Nutrition was nice and clean today!!!!! I am starting the USP 35 day challenge today and it has really motivated me to stay on track.

Supps:
C2 – A dose of 2 and a dose of 3 spread out in the AM
cAMPhibolic – A dose of 2 in PM (before workout) and 1 before bed
Powerfull – 1 3x’s per day
Beverly Ultra 40’s – 2 with meals 1, 3, & 5
Sesamin – 1 with meals 1, 3, 5

Overall I have really felt energized and mentally focused during my workouts. I'm still sleeping well and feeling very rested when I wake up.
