Hi,

I was thinking of giving my mum REM-R3.

She is 67yo. Will she benefit from it?

You know elderlys tend to sleep less and wake up early.

Any opinions?

Thanks

She may love the increase of GH secretion. I would start her at 2 caps.

my mother is 62 and she takes it (and loves it)- she says REM makes her sleep a little longer, and it makes her feel much more rested when she wakes up

i've been pimpin rem out to a bunch of my friends, mostly in thier mid twenties, but a few in thier fourties as well... every single one of them said that they've had a really good nights sleep, and that it just makes them feel more rested in the mornings. only down side, in the week since i've gotten the bottle im almost to the half way point.

D and USP,

Do you happen to know of any prescription drugs that could negatively interact w/ REM.... not necessarily specific ones, but categories?
