I am a tester for the Mega Cissus Dosing. In the past, I have used almost all of USP's products and have had great results. I am a firm beleiver that this company is a straight up and honest company. They do not put out products that don't work well. I am really looking forward to what I will achieve with this stack.
My dosing is:
Day 1-12: 12 caps of cissus
Day 12-31: 12 caps of Cissus 6 caps symmetry
My training is a TUT(Time Under Training) program. I got the program from B5150 and have modified it to my own preferences. However, it is still very close to what B5150 had posted in his thread.
Split 1A: Monday
Trap Bar Shrugs - 2 sets
Wide grip Lat pulls - 2 sets
Seated Cable Rows - 2 sets
BB Curls - 2 sets
Split 1B: Tues
Smith Rack Military - 2 sets
Flat DB Bench Press - 2 sets
Reverse Grip Bench - 2 sets
Squats - 2 sets
Leg press - 2 sets
Split 2A: Weds
DB Shrugs - 2 sets
O/H Seated Cable Rows - 2 sets
U/H Grip Bent Rows - 2 sets
DB Lateral Raise - 2 sets
DB Curls - 2 sets
Split 2B: Thurs
DB Shoulder Press - 2 sets
Incline DB Press - 2 sets
Scull Crushers - 2 sets
Squats - 2 sets
My rep ranges with be: weeks 1 and 2 (12-15 reps), weeks 3 and 4 (8-10 reps), weeks 5 and 6(5-8 reps)
I will post measurements up when I have more time.
