REM dose question

What is the dosage for this? My bottle says 4, but from what I've read everyone seems to be going with 3. Tonight is going to be my first dose and I coincedintally have to get up like 2 hours earlier then normal so I don't want to take too much an not wake up.

When I was doing the Beta test, 3 was enough for a nice good sleep :D

It is confusing. Bottle says take 3 caps before bed but serving size says 4 caps. I have found out 4 works best for me.

My bottle also says three. I do like it. Infact sometimes I will take 3 before my nap and another 3 before bed. I always eat before bed and it still works nicely.

If it were me and I HAD to get up I would not use the REM and save it for a normal day.

You know I actually didn't notice, but mine also says the serving size is 4 but in the directions it says to take 3 caps.

Luckily for me I don't have to get up earlier after all, so I'll just take 3 and go to bed a little early.

Thanks for the quick replies guys!

Personally I've found that while REM helps ease me to sleep, and allows me to have more restful sleep, it doesnt keep me asleep per say. Two nights ago a car alarm went off right out side my apartment, I was up and fully awake in seconds. And that was only a few hours after going to bed.

Yeah, I found that out last night. It worked differently then I had imagined. I'm just so used to taking regular sleeping pills where if you don't sleep long enough you're screwed. This is just the supplement I've been dreaming of though. Even though I regularly get 8 hours a night I never feel fully rested. Hopefully this changes that.

i just got my first bottle of rem yesterday, and only took two pills last night... i only slept for five hours or so, i woke up when i started storming around five thirty this morning. it was wierd, it had felt like i had slept for alot longer than i had. the dream i had was really vivid with only two pills... i can't wait to try out a full dose later on tonight, but i was wonderin if you thought that stackin some aditional adaptogens like rhodiola would be benificial?

Becareful with rhodiola it can be stimulating but REM has 2 adaptogens and possibly 3..
