Yo guys. Yet another sweet log by me :p

This is the BETA testing for USPlabs possible new Preworkout anabolic.

This is going to be more laid back than my other logs... Each day I will log anything that I notice, rather than my daily workout/diet/weight etc... but it will be detailed with things I notice

I'm taking this in conjunction with Xfactor (after approval from D :D). I will not be taking any creatine or stimulants while logging this product. The only additions to the BETA product will be Xfactor, potassium, multi and whey.

I started taking the this the last 2 days of my anagen log because I was antsy.

Day 1:
5 caps 30 mins preworkout
nothing noticed

Day 2:
5 caps 30 mins preworkout
Possible increase in concentration, too early to tell

pump/vascularity: Definite leg pump. nothign with vascularity yet

energy/intensity: Not much noticed here, maybe a spark though :D

decreased lactic acid/fatigue: Actually the total opposite happened today. My legs were like a super magnet for lactic acid build up. I was doing 15-20 reps for most leg excercises and the pain was so intense after 12 that by the end of my whole workout my legs were like big buckets of lactic acid! lol

Mind-muscle connection: Possibly something here... will keep an eye

Increase in weights/recovery between sets: Nothing here yet

We don't take this on off days correct?

energy/intensity: Not much noticed here, maybe a spark though :D

decreased lactic acid/fatigue: Possibly- see recovery between sets

Mind-muscle connection: Possibly something here... will keep an eye

Increase in weights/recovery between sets: Possibly increase in weights (more reps). Slight increase in recovery between sets

:D :D woohoo! I dont know why, but I always like dosing things high, I was just awaiting the word :p

Would there be any problem with trying to mega dose this to see more intense results? Like 7-9 caps? or would u rather me stick with 6

i would not take more than 6 pre-workout

decreased lactic acid/fatigue: Lactic acid burn in triceps not reduced, but reduced in biceps
