I've been dosing PowerFull for 10 days at 8 caps on workout days and 6 caps non-workout days. So far I can tell some affects, but they are much more mild in comparrision to some of the feedback on the boards here. I wonder if I should increase the dosage a couple of caps per day to see how that goes? I can afford too, although I don't want to throw money away if there is unlikely to be much additional benefit given that the dose I'm taking now isn't exactly a small dose. How long does it usually take for the full effect to kick in?
