Less Sleep on REM?

I've been using REM for the last two weeks or so. I've noticed that for the last couple of days i've been waking up about 2hrs earlier then normal. Its odd, like my body just didnt need anymore rest or something.

the funny part is I dont know what to do with my self, so i either force myself to go back to sleep and end up groggy, or I get up and do some hiit.

has anyone else seen this type of thing happen?

Yes. Last week was very busy for me and I was only getting 4-5 hours of sleep a night, the most being 6 for that week.

I take 3 caps CAMP and 4 caps REM before bed.

Also let me make something clear, I wasn't getting less sleep because of the supps. but because I had a busy week.

Anyway, the result is I didn't feel tired from less sleep. I woke up refreshed and rejuvenated, as if I got a full 7-8 hours like usual.

This is usually not the case with me, as under 6 hours sleep for me=going to have a rough day. REM works.

noticed the same thing- i used to require a good 8 hours of sleep to feel rested- but since i have started REM i only need 6 hours and i am ready to go the next day- no groginess or dragging ass- just feel like i got a good night's sleep, even though i slept about 2 hours less than i normally do:woohoo:

I mentioned this before but I'll say it again case you boys missed it. I didn't take my REM for the first time in about oh I'd say 1 month. I lifted real hard that day, and for the first time in a long time I woke up sore as hell. Plus I've been sore for 2 days now. As for the sleep thing I can also vouche for needing less, however since I have no major responsibilities right now I've had no problems sleeping for like 10-12 hours at a clip, wich cuts the need for my late day nap. However, I think I'm going to cut it back down to 8-10 and take the nap when I can as it's probably better for recovery.

Anyone ever consider/try using this other then before bed. Ie before a nap 1 cap for a nice 1-2 hour nap late day before the gym or would that mess up your gh production and make the later dose less effective?

HGH production comes in pulses and during sleep. We can rename the nap to recovery pluse:}

Yeah, I haven't been sore either since starting REM. I didn't even realize it till you said that. I have been lifting balls to the wall the last few weeks too.

I feel more content and I seem to be leaning out too. Daddy like....Daddy like!

So taking 1 cap before a little late noon nap would be a real good idea as a preworkout non-stimulant jump off?

I'm also noticing little to no soreness, but not less sleep this time. When I did the beta test for this stuff I did notice less sleep, like 5 or 6 hours, but I'd feel perfectly rested. Didn't use it long enough to notice the lack of soreness. Now I pop 4 REMs with melatonin at night and I'm sleeping a full 8 hours or more, and I feel great in the morning.

I've noticed that when I take REM I will sleep for about 3 hours and then wake up for no reason. Then I can't go back to sleep. It feels like I've gotten enough sleep, I'm not tired and I'm alert. Sometimes you just want to sleep more than 3 hours. Without it, I will sleep 6 - 9 hours depending on what I did the day before.

I've gotten the same thing. Been taking REM for a little over a month now. I started @ 3 caps per day, sleeping for like 4-5 hours without interruption and waking up fully rested and rejuved. As of late, I increased the dose to 4 caps per day. I get the same effects as @ 3 caps, just slightly more pronounced. Also, @ 4 caps, I sleep for more like 6-9 hours without interruption and I feel even better (didn't think that was possible). So yeah, REM certainly works and works well. It "forces" your body into a more productive sleep, so I guess in this sense, "less is more but at the same time more is better" ???? ????

Has anyone noticed any effects on their dreams? I know certain anabolics will give me intense dreams.

Actually I notice some WILD dreams on powerfull. However on REM it' s not nearly as prominent, but it's still there and the sleep is phenominal. With the powerfull it's like dream after dream till I wake up and it starts like minutes after my head hits the pillow.

This is somethin i was curious about as i love powerfull but i cant handle the dreams. I realize they are just that, dreams, but when the dreams entail horrific events taking place it impeeds my sleep way to much.

i'm having a similar experience. I've been using REM for the past 3-4 days, and so far each time i seem to wake up inexplicably in 2-3 hour intervals. I've been getting up to use the bathroom, and then i am able to fall back asleep. Like you said, i also feel pretty awake and alert when this happens. However, when i finally wake up for the morning, i am feeling a little groggy, like i got too much sleep.

I've also noticed an increase in vivid dreams. I'm going to continue to use the REM this week and i'll see if this continues.

Up until this last saterday I had been waking up on intervals through the night also. Not only that, but waking up with some serious wood. My dreams were very vivid and I was remembering up to two of them a night.

Unfortunately REM seems to be no match for the e/c stack, which has been screwing my sleep paterns up for the last 3 nights. I take my final dose (30mg E, one cap basic cuts) at 2pm and it still keeps me awake at night.

I'm hoping sleep will go back to normal when i get used to the stack again. but running two weeks on, two weeks off doesnt leave much time for that.

Eventually, you'll get so used to EC that you can take some like 2 hours before bed and get to sleep fine...

Yeah I know, I'm just hyper sensitive to stims so it takes a while to hit that point for me. Clen is the worst, I wont even mess with it anymore ... I'm in panic mode for two weeks straight, might as well be on meth.

Oh man, I can remember poping EC right before I went to bed. Those were the good times...

bm> REM gives me crazy dreams, but it's not a big deal with me.

Very similar to what I'm experiencing. Waking up (wide freakin awake) twice a night but being able to fall immediately back to sleep if I just close my eyes....BUT I'm feeling extremely refreshed in the morning. It's very odd but doesn't appear to be negative in any way.

I'm wondering if this will settle down as my body gets used to it?

I've been taking REM for the past week or so, REM first then cAMP about 20 minutes later and then I go to bed. I tried it with 2 caps first to see how it was and the first thing I noticed was that it left my mouth very dry when I woke up. I also noticed that I would wake up every few hours and I also had to go to the bathroom more, like 2 or 3 times during the night. So I decided to up it to 3 caps and thought it might help me sleep all the way through the night, but the effects were the same so I dropped it back to 2. The last few nights, though, I have only been able to sleep for about 4-5 hours. I'd try to go back to sleep but I just roll around and can't. I was a bit disappointed at that, because I was totally exhausted last night and wanted to sleep at least 8 hours. I woke up after 4 and half hours of sleep, tossed around for a while trying to sleep more, then decided that I might as well just get up since I couldnt get back to sleep. It did feel like I slept for about 6 hours, but I'm used to getting 8 hours of sleep, and it just feels totally weird to only sleep for 4 hours. Would upping the dosage to 4 caps help?

Second night of 4 caps before bed. Fist morning woke up with mild headache. Today I woke up with a rager. Sleep has been very "dreamy" however. All sorts of Ubiquitous style stuff. Do feel very rested once I am up and around.

How long u been taken cAMPH?

I think about a month or so. I was dosing at 2 when I wake up, 2 mid day since my workout was pretty much after I ate my first meal, and 2 before bed. A week before I started taking REM, I started taking C2, so my dosing would look soemthing like this:

11:00am camp x2
11:30am breakfast
12:00pm C2 x2
12:15pm workout
6:00pm C2 x2
3:00am REM R3g x2
3:30am camp x2, sleep

Could it be the C2? I didn't have any trouble with it for that week that I took it before I started with REM.
