Beowulf's Powerfull Log: Part II--PCT

I tested Powerfull a while back, and I loved it. I told Ceosm that I'd log a part 2, Powerfull in PCT.

I'm a bit of a PCT kitchen sinker. It'll look like this:
Week 1
Oratropin: 40mg
Clomid: 300mg (day 1)
Clomid: 100mg (2-7)
ATD: 25mg (at night)
Retain: 3 caps
Powerfull: 9 caps
Fenotest: 6 caps
Sesathin: 3g
DHEA: 200mg
ALA: 3 caps
Celery Seed: 3 caps
Hawthorne Berry: 3 caps

Week 2
Oratropin: 40mg
Clomid: 75mg
ATD: 25mg
Retain: 3 caps
Powerfull: 9 caps
Fenotest: 6 caps
Sesathin: 3g
DHEA: 150mg
ALA: 3 caps
Celery Seed: 3 caps
Hawthorne Berry: 3 caps

Week 3
Oratropin: 40mg (Until day 20)
Nolva: 30mg
ATD: 25mg
Retain: 2 caps
Powerfull: 9 caps
Fenotest: 6 caps
Sesathin: 3g
DHEA: 100mg
ALA: 3 caps
Celery Seed: 3 caps
Hawthorne Berry: 3 caps

Week 4
Oratropin: 40mg (Until day 20)
Nolva: 20mg
ATD: 25mg
Retain: 2 caps
Powerfull: 9 caps
Fenotest: 6 caps
Sesathin: 3g
DHEA: 50mg
ALA: 3 caps
Celery Seed: 3 caps
Hawthorne Berry: 3 caps

I might add low dose clen to stave off the fat gain once the OT is all out. I might also add Anagen, if I can afford it.

Powerfull gave me crazy wood, so that is the main thing that I hope it will do. Of course, helping with gains ain't gonna hurt :D

Once PCT is over, I'm gonna double dose the Activate in the NHA stack, and if $$$ permits, I might add Anagen, and some USP supps. Cissus is my friend; I already know that. I haven't tried the fat burners yet, and this will be for a cut, so that just may be in order here.

Right now I am on Day 2 of PCT.

Sounds like you have the makings for a hell of a Halloween costume there. You can go shirtless, with some plastic wrap all over you (ooooh, avvvy :nutkick: )

BTW, Ubiq's post reminds me that I'll also be adding Methyl B12 soon. Tomorrow is payday, and then I'll order the goods.
 
Looks good B. Just curious as to the choice of DHEA over LX or 7-Keto? Does it have similar cortisol lowering properties?
 
DHEA is just a great, inexpensive addition to PCT. It is Dr. D's recommendation, and many people here have had success with it. Go to Smelton???'s thread about not using an AI for SD PCT and you'll see on the 2nd page where D, Bioman, and maybe a few others chime in about DHEA. It is a prohormone, but in my experience, it does not hinder recovery, and does not aromatize (although it is possible). Bioman theorizes a bit as to why.

The RETAIN is for cortisol.

Doh! My bad. Bad day in general, sorry. And I throw DHEA in as well. It IS cheap and has given me no ill effects either percieved or evident in bloodwork. I am just not aware of any anti-cortisol properties intrinsic to the DHEA.

Day 8 of PCT

Sorry for the delay with updates. I've been busy as hell, and things keep coming up to the point that I have missed several workouts. Looks like the slate is clear once again.

Most important info is that all is still well with my PCT. I don't know if it is the Clomid or the Powerfull, but I have had wood every day since my cycle ended, and I had sex twice on Saturday, which was Day 5 of PCT.

Either I had minimum suppression despite a long cycle and some strong compounds, Clomid is a miracle worker, or Powerfull is masking the suppression (which is a good thing right now).

I'm headed to the gym in about an hour. I'll weigh in then and we'll see how much of this is sticking.
 
I'm still taking Powerfull @ 9caps/day. If you haven't noticed, sexual prowess is a high priority for me in PCT. I am pleased to announce that I am still highly "productive". Monday will be Day 14 of PCT, so I think I'm through peak suppression. I never lost libido or "function", even after an 8 week cycle. Good stuff.

My weight is down to 202.5. Still pretty good. I peed like crazy in the initial days of PCT w/o excess fluid intake, so I'm guessing this was mainly water retention.

I've been training with higher TUT b/c my wrist was starting to hurt, probably from pushing more weight than before. So I'm easing off on the weight and keeping high TUT reps in the 8-12 range. All is well :D

BTW, I started pinning Methyl B12 (cobalaman) on Thursday. I've done 500mg/600mg/900mg. I started feeling more energetic with the first dose. I've suffered chronic lethargy for as long as I can remember, so this is a welcome development. The lethargy could be due to B12 deficiency, but this may also be a great addition to PCT in order to keep energy and mood elevated (and spend less time hugging a blankie adn watching Lifetime) :D

Is the methyl b12 done IM or sub-q? Also im guessing slin pins work for it? Ive been looking into trying b12.

Either. And yes slin pin. Pharmacy by my house has 31's, can't even feel them. I just go subQ, I have heard it releases slower than IM. I have no proof of that, just what I heard, werd. :)

I've done IM and SubQ. Both are easy with a slin pin. Unless I'm placebo-high, I'd say the MB12 works very quickly. Results seemed about the same from IM and SubQ, so just do whatever you prefer.
 
I am having an amazingly good PCT. The first 7-10 days were tough, as I felt drained, weak, and moody. I've been feeling great for the last week or so. I think the B12 definitely aids mood and energy levels. I love the stuff. Everything else seems to be working too. I had no sexual side effects in PCT, which seems amazing to me as I was on for over 8 weeks!

I've been experimenting with training a bit, and have settled on doing just a few sets, but attaining maximal stimulus in the shortened time span of the workout.

I was pretty psyched that yesterday my strength seemed to be about same as it was on cycle. I got 185x8 on CGBP. I'll be interested in seeing what I can do on incline bench this weekend.

Weighed in at 202.2!
 
I'm entering the final days of PCT, and all previous observations still apply. Libido is good; strength is good; size is good :D I weighed in today at just hair above 201. I've been starting to reduce cals a wee bit and have been doing low intensity cardio. Summer is rapidly approaching and I have to cut up.

Strength is still where it was on cycle, though I don't think I could pull off as many heavy sets. I'm still hitting at least one heavy set per workout. I got 185x9 on CGBP today, which is actually a 1 rep increase. Once I have a good spotter, I'll see if I can duplicate my incline PR of 225x3.

I started double dosing activate today, and will run the NHA for at least the next month. After another week, I'm gonna start cutting cals a bit more drastically. I'm hoping to hold at least 190 when cut.
 
I started doing cardio and have been in a calorie deficit for most of the days in the last week. I was sick as hell, so I missed a few workouts, but I'm all caught up now and back on track. I've dropped down to 200.5. I have been feeling very well-recovered, so I gradually initiated the cut early. I'm confident the loss was in the form of fat, because...

I just got back from training chest. I didn't have a great spotter, but I was feeling so strong on my warmup sets that I grabbed a guy I did not know to spot me. I put up 225x3 on incline bench without any problem at all. I followed it up with 185x8. So I am still able to duplicate my on cycle PR's at the end of PCT, while in a calorie deficit :head:

Recovery is definitely great. My libido was already good, and now it is just getting ridiculous since I started the Activate double dosing. I think Activate and Powerfull have great synergy together.

To conclude this PCT log, I would say that Powerfull is a great addition to any PCT stack. I seem to have nailed the essentials in this PCT. I plan to get bloodwork in the next week or two, so hopefully the cholesterol and lipids are as good as strength and libido.

Definitely. Since I kicked in the ActivateX2, I almost feel like I'm on again. When I was warming up with 135, it felt like I was just pressing the bar with no weight on it. The next month should be very interesting, though I might try to push the calorie deficit a bit. need to get ripped; I'll be headed to San Diego at the end of June :cheers:
