i know i probably don't count (biased) but i have gained about 8-10 lbs. of lean muscle and lost about 4 lbs. of fat on the stack in 4 months- these kind of gains are very attainable- i am using the following daily:

10g bcaa in morning
10g creatine post workout
6 symmetry
6 powerfull
6 C2
6 cissus
4 camphibolic before bed

lot of pills, but i have never looked or felt better!!!!!
