I really think this product was helpful. Lately I had been having troubles falling asleep and then waking up early. When i startedted taking the directed dose of the sleep aide my quality of sleep improved a lot and i didn't wake up during the night.

This product seems useful, would be interesting to see its anabolic properties you mentioned. Last night i actually dosed 6 caps and I had such a great night of sleep and i wasn't groggy in the morning.
