How much Cissus should I take to help heal a torn tendon? Also has anyone taken it at the same time as taking MSM and/or Glucosamine and Chrondroitin?
Brief history of my injury below if you care to read.....
I have to say...this Cissus is amazing. I like most people always have my reserves about stuff but I can honestly say this stuff is working.
I have a torn tendon in my right arm (medial epicondylitis). I've been suffering with it for about two years now. I can't really afford to off of from work and go on sick leave to have the surgery (and I've heard some bad stories about the surgery and the extint of recovery) so I have been working my way through it.
For over a year and a half I tried the conventional doctor stuff. NSAIDs and two cortisone shots of which I have absolutely no confidence in anymore.
I started to do some research on the net and discovered prolotherapy. My arm was so bad in the beginning that I literally could not squeeze a stapler together.
Been doing the prolotherapy for about 5 months now. I've come a long ways and I'd guess my arm is at about 75%. I started doing some reading on Cissus and thought why not give it a try.
I've been taking it for a few days now (almost a week) and it's quite amazing the pain relief I've received. Can't wait and see what it will do to help with the healing process.
Also can't wait to finally get back to the weights....just the thought gets me excited.
