Hi there

Here is a little background information about me: I am 23 and a student at the University of utah. I have been working out since I was 18. Hardly ever miss a day of training, and diet is always pretty on course.

My stats are as of monday 28/2/2006

Height 6,0
weight 224.5 (first thing in the AM after my usual #2 )
biceps 17 1/4
Chest (across the nipples) 46
calfs almost 18
upper legs (midway) 26
waist 36 1/2

My diet will contain quite some carbs because my metabolism is pretty fast. I have to eat a lot to maintain my wheight. Sample day:

Shake, 2 scoops + 10 oz milk
4 eggs +toast+Turkey breast+glass of milk
cup o noodels+can of tuna
2x lunch, 1/2 pound of meat (op sirloin, new york strip, chicken breast, herring, turkey, etc) with 75 gr of carbs (rice, tator's, bread, etc) and a nice heap of veggi's
post work out: shake, 2 scoops, 16 oz of OJ and sometimes flax seed
then abou a hour later I eat about 1/3 pound of meat and some carbs like a sweet patato
in the pm (around 9) I will have some cottage cheese
before bed time I will have a scoop and a half with water

For me this diet will represent quite a decrease in carbs and calories.

My training regimen is as follows:

m: shoulders and traps
t: cardio and abs
w: back and bi's
th: cardio and abs
f: chest and tri's
za: legs
zo: cardio

I will take the following supplements:

multi's
Powerfull 3x a day 2 pills
Camp: morning 1 and evening 3
beta fat burner: 2 in the morning and 2 1/2 hour pre workout
cee: 3gr prewo 3 gr pwo

My goal with this stack is to drop BF % but trying to stay around 220.

My basic regimen is just multi's + protein. And am quite familiar with the results and feelings of this. Also cee I have run quite a few times.
I am hoping I can grow a little and mainly lose bf% (which is already pretty decent I would say around 10-12%)

Okat today was my first day on this stack
I weighed 225 this morning

Started the day with 1X champ 2X powerfull 2x beta fatburner and a multi
Felt pretty good, but not to noticable.
had a good appetite throught out the day, and it seemed that I didn't have any sweet cravings.

45min before my work out I had 2x powerfull 2x beta fatburner and 3gr of CEE
and a energetic feeling started about when I walked in the gym and I must say it felt pretty good. Not jittery as with ephedra, but controlled and very energetic.

Shoulder workout:
dumbell press: 80x10 90x10 100x3
neck press: 135x10 155x8 and then 135x20 (kept going until 20x)
DB fliers: 30x12 35x10 40x8
then shrugs 2platesx12 4x10 6x10 8x8

All in all a good workout and felt pretty pumped. Hope things will continue along these lines
 
Wednes day, day three of the stack was as the days before. The red beta fatburning pills pack quite a punch. In class I noticed some tunnel vision, but it helped me concentrate. Class time was over before I knew it.
Workout was great. Did back and bi's

BB curl 60x10 80x8 100x8 120x7
db curl 40x8 50x8 60x4
preacher curls 60x10 80x8 100x6x5x4x3

For back I used hammer machines and bb rows with the hammer machines max out with 4 plates and a quarter on each side with 5 or six reps. BB rows I started to do very concentrated, and very bended over, instead of using 315 I went down to 185. But I really concentrate on my back muscles and squeeze them. Which results in a far better pump.

oh yeah the pump, especially in my arms it was pretty good. Certainly noticable.

Wheight this morning was 224
 
Today was a great day. Diet was in check. Usually make all my meals in the morning and then take them to the university and put them in the fridge. Where I will eat something every two hours till workout time @ around 5pm. Then take my shake with me and all is well.
Did 30 min of pretty solid cardio. Bought a new ipod and stuffed it with all sorts of good stuff. Today the techno was pumping. The beta fatburner in conjunction with powerfull gave the hhhrrrrr feeling that just comes from your gut and wants you to to go all out. After the 30 min of cardio I played squah for a hour. Which is also pretty intense. Shake afterwards. And then 6 eggs+lunch meat for dinner + spinach+carrots+collin flour. Now I am beefing up the low fat cottage cheese, which I eat about 12 OZ of. Then a shake for right before my bedtime.
Oooh yeah I saw "my vein" on my leg today for the first time again. This one is right above the knee and services alwaist first. Good to see my old friend.
Have a lot of reading to do tonight, have to meet a professor who might be interested in doing a dissertation with me. And am meeting with a guy who might want me to be a co-author on his upcoming book.
 
Hi there thus is my updat for yesterday, friday.
Had a good day the two talks I had went great. The professor views my project as something he would like to persue. And the guy who wanted me to help writing his book is a great. He will be a lot of fun to work with. Will find out after the weekend if the pay is good. Because with limited time that is an important factor in determining how much time I will be dedicating.
As for my diet all was on track, no cheating of any sort. And actually had some great chicken, turkey and veggi dinner from a organic food store (wild oats). I love that stuff, no **** in it. If I had enough money I only would shop there.
Splept great the night before. I never have a trouble sleeping, but always wake up ine time to pee etc. But for the last two nights I have been sleeping as if I was really tired, and you just fall right away in a deep sleep. And all of a sudden it is morning.
Worked out chest and tri's

My chest is actually my weakest point. My schoulders are really strong, as my triceps, so I compensate with these.
Had some advice, and changed my ways. Really focusing on the chest muscles's, sqeezing them and using lighter wheight. Which is always a little dipper for your ego, not really but you guys know what I mean.
DB press: 80x10 90x8 100x5
DB incline: 80x8 90x8 100x6
DB decline: 90x8 90x7-65x6 (drop down set)
Fliers: 40x8 40x8
Then I move on to triceps, which I took a little easy cuz ellbows were wining a little. could have pushed it but I don't want to get injured.
Kickbacks: 12x15 15x12 25x10 30x8 40x8
EZ french press: 25's each sidex10x10 35'sx8 45'sx4
rope puchdown's, is just with the stack, and depening on which station, the same wheight can be a lot easier or harder so I will just mention the reps:
x10 x8 x8 x5 the burn out x12x5x5x8x14

Was a great workout. Have been limiting carbs and cal's but strenght and intensity I have been able to keep. Recoveribility seems actually improved a bit. The Beta's fatburners have a good energetic effect and give me increased concentration.

The weekend was great. On saturday I did legs. Because there will be a modest weight lifting comp at the university gym on wednesday I mainly was testing out my current max, as far a squats and deadlifts are concerned. With squats I was able to put up 4 plates on each side. And I think if I will be a little more pumped I can add a few pounds. And deadlift went pretty ok with 5 plates and a 10 on each side. Prob won't win anything but it will be fun.
As far as the supps go. I love the Beta fatburner, it runs very smooth. But still gives you the energy you want.
But the great thing is that I can tell I am getting a little leaner but actually weighed 225,5 this morning. And generally feel pumped. I really think this is going some where impressive.

Sunday went on a mountian bike ride for about a hour. Still kicks my but.

Today I am about to head to the gym and start to work those shoulders
