Max time on symmetry

Whats the ideal maximum time for using symmetry? Would it be bad to run it for a year? 6 months? 3 months? 2 months straight? Or is it the same as cissus and powerfull where you say keep using the product until its effects diminish

Hard to judge that since PowerFULL and symmetry have not been on the market for 6 months.

I been on PowerFULL for atleast 3 and still love the results and Cissus has been a staple in my regimen not for joint pain but for joint strength.

I practice jiu jitsu and its done wonders for keep my joints strong.
