Unless I am mistaken, based on your current stats, cutting to 8% would put you around 190lbs unless you can magically add 15lbs LBM while at the same time losing 16% of your body fat.

Just sayin. And I am not sure if I calculated that properly. I need some sleep. :)

You have4nt taken into acct muscle mass bone mass and organ mass....everyon's body comp is different...there are a lot of factors involved.
 
Had to discontinue using the pills.

I was noticing a considerable amount of fat loss as compared to normal training and dieting for cutting. The reason I stopped is because the pills gave me a feeling of anxiety, my eyes were doing weird things and I think my blood pressure went up. After discontinuing use of these pills all of these sides subsided and I was able to train better...I will still post before and after pics..I have a bottle of camph that I am currently taking and I still have GQ, MMA fight and Pan AM's comming up so I am training and dieting hard and going to try to get as lean as possible by the end of April.

So far my diet consists of fresh fruits, uncooked fresh veggies, fresh fish, natural grass fed beef, natural chicken, natural farm eggs, noni, All the whey protien, and USP's BCAA stack. I have a sh!t load of energy, I sleep well and am burning fat like a muthafuka! It takes a lot of discipline though...uncooked veggies ugh!
