Most of your fat intake is saturated fat from the looks of your diet, and there are no healthy fats included, such as flax oil, olive oil, fish oil, etc. Things like french fries white potatoes, and dextrose in general aren't the greatest carbohydrate sources. I'd say in general you could clean up your carb sources, focusing on lower glycemic items such at oatmeal, sweet potatoes and brown rice for a few examples. You could also focus on upping your protein intake a bit, as you are under 1gram protein/pound bodyweight on most days. For somebody that is cutting you are also eating alot of fast food, this is something you should consider cutting out or at least cutting down on at some point.

If you're happy with the progress you're currently making, and still progressing at a decent rate fatloss wise, then you're probably fine to continue with your current diet selection. However, you'll probably find that you are able to eat more total calories and still have the same or possibly even more fatloss than you currently are seeing if you clean up your diet.
Ahh you were looking at sunday's meals. Not an everyday occurance, I had the Bruce Lumberjack special at my buddies restaurant and bar. I hear ya though, I felt bad after eating it but it was one meal.

As for the carb sources I completely agree, I generally use yams, oatmeal and brown rice. Some days my proteing intake is too low, just one of the ****ty things that go along with the job I have is that sometimes I can't get everything in that I want

The progress has been pretty good I was actually stalled for about a week and even up a lb but the BF% didn't change but I have actually gone down again and the best thing is for the next 5 weeks I don't have to do anymore travelling so no more having to eat on the run

Wednesday-

Bedtime- 205.8
Morning- 203.6

Tuesday's back and bis workout went alright but it felt like I was struggling to complete all my reps.

WideGrip Pulldowns- (2)+ 3/ (15,12) 10,9,8
WideGrip Hammer Rows- 3/ 10,9,9
Hyperextensions- Bodyweight 4x10
Crunches- 2x15,2x12
Preacher Curls- 3/ 10,10,9
HammerCurls- 3/ 10,10,10
Concentration Curls- 3/ 10,10,8

Energy levels are still pretty good during the day while taking the red caps with E-hcl but the mornings are quite rough as I am dead tired upon waking. I figure I have been using stims for enough time now so after I'm done this trial I'm gonna back off all supps and enjoy my vacation and come back and do some real strength training.

Bedtime- 206
Morning- 203.8

Weight is holding steady which is a positive. I think that by March 21st I'll dip below 200lbs but I don't think I'm gonna hit 195 by April 1st as I would have to drop 2lbs/week.

Shoulders and Traps are up for tonight.

Thanks D, Looks good

Weekend Update

Sunday-

Bedtime- 209
Morning- 204 no change in BF%

Went out for breakfast with the wife yesterday she had a pregnancy craving for Golden Griddle (same as IHOP) buffet.....anyways I avoided the buffet like the plague and had a nice 3 egg omelette with some canadian bacon and homefries.....not the best meal but oh well......I hope I don't put on any pregnancy pounds

On a sidenote I didn't feel well yesterday so I pretty much layed on the couch and watched the race all day. I feel fine today and will be doing Back and Bis tonight.

Oh I should also mention that I did updated measurements yesterday morning and will post them later when I get home from work.....I'm pretty pleased I 've lost some inches in all the right places.

Monday-

Bedtime- 206.4
Morning- 202.4

I am getting closer and closer to getting under 200lbs.....I haven't been there in like 4 years

Last night I did Back and Bis

Lat Pulldowns (15) 10,10,8
Hammer Rows 10,10,9
T-Bar Rows 10,8,7
Weighted HyperExtensions 25lb 10,10,8,8
Preacher Curls 10,8,8
DB Hammer Curls 10,8,8

Not much change regarding the weights I was using but I did tire out fairly early in the workout from lack of carbs yesterday. One thing that I have noticed is recently I've had a few more heart palpatations than normal and my BP is up slightly, I'm not sure how much but I'll see if I can get a reading tonight. I attribute it all to the ephedrine without a doubt as it is regular for me to have these sides at this point. On the days that I am just using the red caps none of these sides show themselves, I just have a nice warm feeling all day with lots of energy. However last night was a horror show for me and I knew it was coming at about 8pm, I knew that I was not going to sleep, heart rate and BP were up and even with some melatonin and ZMA I was pooched.....maybe 3-4hours of sleep Oh well, I have a feeling when I try the sleep aid product later it'll be all good Also, just as a note I will be taking a good 6 week break from everything after I finish up this trial at the end of the week save the sleep aid when it gets in. After I return from Cuba (destination has changed from earlier) I will start a 12 week strength program, and try out some powerfull and camph.

Tuesday-

Bedtime- 206.4
Morning- 203

Did chest and tris last night and it was a rough workout. I started strong on the first couple exercises but just lost energy fast, I can blame this on the fact that I haven't gotten enough sleep the past couple of nights. I've been taking my last dose of ephedrine too late in the day and it is killing me....my fault though.

Exercises
Decline BP- 15,10,8,8
Flat Bench- 9,6,(11,8) dropped the weight.
Low Pulley Flyes- 10,10,10
Reverse Grip BP- 10,9,8
Dips- 10,10,9,8

Wednesday-

Bedtime- 206
Morning- 202.4

I finally got a decent sleep last night but boy I didn't want to wake up this morning. I got about 2 days worth of red caps left and thus far I'd have to say I am quite pleased with the results. I know that earlier I said I would post most recent measurements but I haven't spent much time on the PC at home but I'll include the final measurements and all final thoughts on the weekend No workout lastnight but I skated my ass off playing hockey cause we only had 2 extra forwards.

Final Assesment-

Saturday-

Morning- 201.2
Bodyfat- 28.7% BLAH

Alright so I finished up the pretty red pills and am quite satisfied with the end results.

Final Calculations

Starting Weight- 206lbs at 30.2% = 143.78 LBM
Ending Weight- 201.2lbs at 28.7% = 143.45 LBM

These were the calculations from my scale at home but I also did these ones because I don't believe that damn scale. BF calculations following the Military neck and waist measurements (I believe)

Start- 206 at 21%= 162.74 LBM
End- 201.2 at 19%= 162.94 LBM

So anyway you cut it I pretty much lost 4.8lbs of fat in 4 weeks.

Starting Measurements are in (), followed by ending measurements.

Chest (43") 42.5"= -.5"
Stomach (40.25") 37.5"= -2.75"
Waist (38") 37"= -1"
Hips (42.25") 41.5"= -.75"
L Quad (24.75") 24.5 = -.25"
R Quad (24) 24= no change
L Arm (15.5") 15.25"= -.25"
R Arm (15") 15"= No change
L Forearm (12.25") 12.25"= No Change
R Forearm (12.5") 12.5"= No Change.

Positive Sides
- increased focus
-more energy
-NO LOSS IN LBM

Negative Sides
- profuse sweating (selfconscious about that)
- Slight BP and HR elevation

All and all USP it was a fine product and I attribute the negative sides strictly to the E-HCL as those sides always rear their ugly heads when I use E-HCL. I know that there are a ton of Fatburners out there but this one is a winner in my book.

I look forward to testing for you again and thank-you for this opportunity.

During the day but I really blame it on the ephedrine...it always happens to me when on ephedrine.

Congrats on the results you achieved. Pure fatloss is tricky to achieve sometimes.

I don't think I'd trust a bodyfat scale, and would trust a neck and wrist measurement even less. How the heck a neck and wrist measurement could give you a reliable bodyfat reading is beyond me. You can pick up a pair of calipers pretty cheap at many different supplement retailers nowadays. Even if the bodyfat readings from those aren't the greatest, it still allows you to track fatloss from many different areas of your body reliably.
