I'm also concerned with Health and longevity so my diet reflects that aspect.

Broccoli is a super food but man its a tuff one to down sometimes (you hear me bobo!).

The solution is broccoli sprouts. The seed and the sprout contain most of the nutrients so eat it before it matures to broccoli and get concentrated Health....

I ate some lean chk tacos with brocoli sprouts not to long ago!

My cheap supplement tip of the week.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm (Pondering the idea).

think of the idea of methylated broccoli sprout extract. Then think of how Muscletech would pimp it:

-546 X more anabolic than methylated spinach
(picture of hand dumping spinach in the toilet)

-900 X more bioavailable than placebo because of the patented Broc-Tech technology
(insert bar graph with broccoli scoring leaps and bounds when compared to say, water only, or nothing at all.

and of course:
glossy pictures of Muscletech office staff clerks dressed up in white lab coats wearing safety goggles and staring at beakers full of assorted Kool-aid flavors, and writing the results of these experiments on
Top Secret pads of paper...

aaahhh...
the beauty of Capitalism!

I freakin' love broccoli!...at the grocery store you can find fresh-frozen blocks of the chopped flourets, with no additives, for like 45 cents apiece.

No no no....

Methlyation is not the ideal.

"Broco-E"

You need to add the ester to it for anavar like gains.

eating it raw and dipped in fat free ranch makes it delicious......and i use to HATE broccoli with a passion.

try it, i look foward to broccoli like this now.

dad.. i think you should maybe think about super health foods.. like seaweeds.. etc... when the time comes... sea vegies ... there really is something wonderful about them for boosting immune functions...

How do u guys eat broccoli? Any ideas....I can barely choke it down. Green vegetables are evil!!!!

Bake it with cauliflower, carrots, and zuccini. Use Lawry's for seasoning.

Damn I was retarded when I posted that! I meant raddish sprouts are spicy. Brocc sprouts taste like broccoli.

BAC has carried, and I've used for some time, powdered Broccolli extract. When I'm too rushed to eat the right things, I can dump it in a protien drink and still get some of the benefit.

Freaking hillarious! :icon_lol: But milwood don't forget they'd also have a picture of some bodybuilder with a dumbass look on his face, deciding whether to try the muscltech Brocollitech or generic brocolli, completely ignoring the fact that there are two hot chicks hanging onto his shoulders.
