Hi.
USP has allowed me to test out his Powerfull supplement.

He sent me 2 bottles of it, because one of the bottles had a few broken caps. I should have about 40 days or so worth of caps.
These are the new caps, only 6 per day are required (as opposed to 9 per day on the beta). I will be taking 6 caps per day during this entire test, until I'm out of caps.

I will be taking this while on the diet Bobo designed for me. My goal is increased muscle mass/strength, so I'll be bumping up the calories slowly.
I've been off the diet for probably 2 months. I got away from it in late October for whatever reason and then the holidays just compounded it.
I'll be starting off in the 3400 cals/day area.

I'll be using the training program that Bobo designed for me. It is a time under tension program (slow positives and negitives). I'll be working out 5 days a week.
I'm getting over a right knee injury, so I'll be taking it slow on the legs. I've lost quite a bit of leg size because I haven't worked them out in like 3 months.

My starting stats are (all were taken first thing this morning):
169 lbs.
5'11"
waist - 31.5"
quads - 21.5"
calves - 15.1"
chest - 38.7"
R arm - 15.25"
L arm - 15.1"


Typical dosing:
I'll take 2 caps first thing in the AM. Then 3 before my pre-WO meal, and then 2 right before bedtime.
(I edited this to change to 3 caps pre-WO as USP just instructed via PM.)

Powerfull Details
There are 65 servings with 1.2 grams of this propreitary PureSap/Muria Puama blend.
So, one bottle should last a little more than 20 days.

Other supps
Regular Men's multi from Wal-mart, calcium, C, E, Magnesium. Arginine plus lysine. Celedrin (for my knee.) And I may continue the regular CEE I was taking. Not sure yet. Other than that, nothing.
 
First day
I got back from my Mom's yesterday and was so excited to try it that I took 2 caps right when I got back to my apt. then took 2 caps before bedtime.

Impressions
Not much really.
 
Second day
I took 2 caps first thing this morning and will take 4 more before my chest workout, then 2 before bed (to get on schedule with dosing).

I'll update when I get back from the gym.

Oh, and I haven't lifted since Wednesday Dec. 28th. I typically come back slightly less on total weight lifted after a break like that, so we'll see what Powerfull can help me do.

Edit - I took 4 caps about 30 mins before the pre-WO meal, which was about 30-40 mins. before I began my warm-ups.

Impressions
Wicked pump and some DOMS. The soreness kicked in pretty bad on my 2nd to last chest exercise - had to cut weight 10 lbs. on the last 2 sets to make the reps. But, I was able to do 5 lbs more on my last exercise. Whatever.
Other than that, all weights were the same as the last time I did this workout, which was good considering my track record coming off a holiday break.

The pump seems to have hung around for another 2 hours. Which is cool.

Keep us up to date Jmh. I"m hoping to try some of this in the near future maybe with my next PCT.
 
Last night had a good night of sleep but woke up sort of groggy today.
I usually have one or 2 nights a week (usually early in the workweek) where I wake up in the 1-3am timeframe and am up for usually an hour or so.
If Powerfull can eliminate that, I'll be very happy.

Weight upon waking - 167 lbs. :think:

Worked out back today. Felt very strong for the 1st 3 exercises. Was up in reps for pull-ups by 3 over last time and 10 lbs. in rows. Felt stronger on the 1st set of those 3 exercises.
The wicked pumps came about for the 4th and 5th exercises.

The forearm pumps were freaking crazy! Also had above average pumps in my arms (bi's and tri's) and chest. The forearm pumps got in the way on the last 2 sets of both of the last 2 exercises. Back feels great!
I was up 10 lbs. on the 1st set of both, but back to normal for the last 2 sets for both.

The pumps are still here 2.5 hrs. later.
I'd say (early....) that these pumps are more than when I tested the Activate beta and on-par with Superdrol.

Back to work tomorrow. :whip:
 
Weight this morning - 170 lbs.

I slept awful last night. Was up and down seemingly from 1am on-ward.
Ugh!

I've noticed that I have some gastrointestinal distress (read: shitting quite a bit) in the hour or so after I take the Powerfull. I'm now sure that it is related to Powerfull as I stopped Celedrin yesterday (the only real new thing I've added outside of Powerfull). I had the same stuff with my morning and pre-lunch dose today.

Today is an off-day.
Entire upperbody is seemingly still sore.

I'd guess like 10-11%. My top 4 abs are very visable, the bottom 1.5 you can see an outline.

Yeah, it is pretty good but has taken a turn down since I hit age 24 (or so). Bobo started me off at about those calories and on his program I gained 8 lbs in 8 weeks. The knee injury (plus my neurotic stupid "fear" of getting really fat) killed those gains (along with the gains I made on SD/4-AD/1-testosterone).

Sorry, should have been clear, I am taking it about 20-30 mins. BEFORE my pre-WO meal.

I could be wrong but there seems to be a huge difference in effectiveness via taking it on an empty stomach vs vice versa.I know I,and others,actually FEEL it alot more(if at all otherwise)by taking it on an empty stomach vs with food.I believe USP said it was something to do with the protein degrading the active in the supp....
I remember one poster on here that was taking his doses with food with no results, but changed when he took it on an empty stomach.

I am glad to see u are having progress with this supp.I will pop over to AM and try to keep up,but I hope u keep an eye on this board as well as we would love to have your continued feedback

Also-U mentioned a knee injury,have u tried USP's Cissus RX product yet for it as I swear the stuff is magic for injuries and what not!!!
Yeah, I took 2 bottles or so. I started a thread about it. Cissux Rx didn't really help at all. I seem to be a non-responder to that. :(

Also-U had mentioned celadrin for your joints?I googled it and it looks interesting,can u give any feedback on it?First I have heard of it.

I just wanted to give it a shot - but I really bought it to give to my Mom to take along with glucoseamine and MSM for her knees (arthritis). I haven't been taking it long enough to see any results.
 
Yesterday
Weight = 170 lbs.

I was up late the night before (Wednesday) watching the Rose. I only got like 6.5 hrs sleep but I slept completely through.

I worked out biceps and delts yesterday.
Again, the pumps were freaking crazy. After the first exercise, it felt like I had done 4 or 5.
My buddy from the gym said he could defintately tell a difference after I finished in bicep size.
I seemed to get stronger as this workout went on. My last few sets were up 10 lbs.
I was seeing more veins in my biceps.

Today
Weight this morning 169 lbs.
Slept straight through for 8 hours last night.
No vivid dreams or anything.
Have stopped the exessive trips to the bathroom - which is great.
I was at work later today than normal and I feel pretty tired, so I'm skipping the gym today. Took 2 caps before afternoon meal.

I'll do legs tomorrow and triceps on Sunday.
 
Saturday (1/7)
Weight 169 lbs.

Worked out legs for the first time since early August.
Man, was I sore (and still am).
Weight lifted was not very much.
My knees were sore afterwards (and today) so I iced them.
Slept really well Saturday night.
Diet was off completely (was my b-day).
I decided to take some Amp and 300 mgs. of sulbutiamine before the workout - good stuff to add to the Powerfull.

Sunday (1/8)
Weight 169 lbs.
Worked out triceps - another huge arm pump.
I felt really strong early on in the workout. I was up 5 lbs. on the 1st exercise and 10 lbs on the 2nd exercise, same on 3rd and 4th exercises.

I woke up starving at like 3:45am and couldn't get back to sleep - so that's why I'm on here.
 
Today
170 lbs.

Off day. Watched Sin City. That movie rocks! Highly recommend you check it out if you haven't seen it.

Off to bed, tired as hell.

170 lbs.

I slept straight through last night for right at 8 hrs. But I woke up groggy again. I can only think that this is due to waking up in the middle of a dream. I'm not remembering any dreams, but I've had "that feeling" a few times while taking Powerfull.

Chest workout today was awesome! I love working out chest or back on this stuff as my whole upper body gets pumped. Tonight the pecs felt bigger than ever.
Triceps were still pumped from Sunday's workout.
Strength was up by 5 lbs on the first exercise. And was up 5 lbs. on the second exercise.
I lifted the same weight as the last time on the 3rd exercise.
But, was up 10 lbs (!!) on the 4th exercise.

I seem to get a "second wind" for my last exercise. I'm not sure if this is merely phsychological or not. But, I know I haven't have that increase on the last exercise before Powerfull.

Strength is going up at a faster rate then when I started Bobo's program the first time. I've had increases thus far that took me a month or so before.

My right knee has been sore and has had some off and on pain. :(
Probably gonna have to shut it down again and head back to the doc's. He mentioned if it didn't get better with rest to come back and he'd get me on some physical therapy.

I've got to help host an interviewee at my company on Thursday night/Friday - so the diet will be turned off.
It's free food on the company's dime. I'm fienin' to tear that **** up!
 
Today
Weight - I dunno, forgot to get on the scale this morning.

Had a really weird dream last night. My best friend got attacked by a white tiger at a waterfall. Then his family was pissed that I didn't save him. I somehow hid from the tiger. :icon_lol:


Worked out back tonight. Great workout! Back still feels pumped.
Was up 10 lbs on the last 2 sets of the 1st exercise.
Up 10 lbs on the last set of the 2nd exercise.
Up 10 lbs on the 2nd set of the 3rd exercise.
Up 10 lbs. on the last 2 sets of the 4th exercise.
Up 5 lbs. on the last exercise (which only has 2 sets).
Chest is still as pumped as back.

All in all, felt really strong thoughout the workout. Didn't really have the "shaky arms" that I sometimes get towards the end of a set (not that my form gets bad, I just struggle somewhat). I was really lowering and raising the weight smoothly. Totally in control of the weight.
The bad forearm pumps seem to have subsided from back day last week. I didn't have any issues with gripping the bar.
 
Weight this morning:

I forgot to take my lunch dose because I got called into a last minute meeting. And I forgot to take at dinner because I was out with the recruits at Cheesecake Bistro. Some damn good cheesecake.

I'll take 4 before bed. Should sleep really well. I'll report that tomorrow.

Tomorrow is bicep/delt day.
 
How is strength, and energy? What do you feel it is helping at besides pumps, i.e. nutrient partitioning, explosive power etc. . .

The "PUMP" is not like an NO2 pump. The pump is accompanied by muscle control and potent contractile strenght (the feeling that everymuscle is contracting when you flex).
 
So ther is more muscle recruitment when attempting lifts? If this is so then it would certainly add to my effeciency in my lifts??

I guess what I am wondering is if there is more fast twitch muscle fibers being used during the lifts???

Hi Ryan - thanks for reading my log,
Like I said, my strength has gone up faster than it did when I started on the clown's plan. I flat out don't make fast increases in strength.

The pumps are really full - it is the entire muscle. I am really able to control the weight a helluva lot better (remember this is time under tension).
I don't do explosive stuff on Bobo's plan, so I really can't say.

I've noticed a definate increase in mind-muscle connection. I can really, really concentrate on the exercise.

I'm not seeing any real increase in energy, I don't think.

Not sure about nutrient partitioning yet. All I know is, my muscles seem full all of the time. This stuff would be great pre-contest for a huge pump at a show.
 
Friday the 13th
Weight this morning - 168 lbs.

I got woken up to some loud thunder about 40 mins. early. I hate that.
I've noticed on this stuff that when I get up I might be physically groggy, but my mind is running at 160 mph. I couldn't go back to sleep if I wanted to.

I've noticed an increase in acne in a few places. I've seen probably 3 or 4 zits on my arms and about the same on my chest. I can't really tell a difference in my back - but it's been bad since I tried a bottle of Rebound.
So, the Powerfull seems to be imparting a hormonal response.

I had to help escort the interviewee around work today, so I didn't get to eat all my meals.
Same thing happened yesterday for the second half of the day after their flight got into town.

I worked out biceps today. It was a sucky workout. I seemed to feel the fatigue from getting up too early starting on the second set.
The first exercise I was up 10 lbs on the 3rd set.
Then, it was downhill from there. I ended up doing the same weight as the last time. I consider that good. When I feel like crap and don't really want to go to the gym, I usually end up feeling winded and have to drop weight at least 10 lbs (more like 15 to 20).
So, I'd call that a mild success.
My biceps and arms as a whole are really pumped. (Calves to a lesser extent.)
 
Yesterday (Saturday the 14th)
Weight - 170 lbs.

Worked out legs. I tested my right knee with some very light extensions. It seemed to feel ok. So, I decided to try this workout with very light weight. (I'm not going to post the weight lifted, I'd get laughed off the board.)

Since this is the second go around on legs, I haven't done this workout since August, so I can't compare strength.
I can say that I did feel like this was one helluva workout. I was breathing really hard.
My legs were really pumped - including calves (those are done on a separate day).
Hams are especially pumped today.

I slept well on Friday night for about 10 hours. No more weird dreams that I remember since the one on the 11th.

I've probably got a quarter of a bottle left. I've been dosing at the 2 morning/3 pre-WO/2 bedtime schedule.
 
I'll update going backwards.

Today (1-17)
Weight - forgot to weigh this morning, guessing 170 lbs. still.

I didn't get to eat nearly enough of my meals, I'd estimate I got half of the cals in or so. I was just entirely too busy at work, compounded by coming in late because I overslept by over an hour. And my boss walked into my office probably 15 mins. before I was going to leave to head the gym. I was there an hour longer.

So, I was somewhat irritated and fatigued. I decided to take 3 Amp's plus some green tea with my 3 Powerfull's.

Wow! What a fucking workout! Man, that combo is awesome!
This was the same workout as my first day on Powerfull, so this will be the evaluation if I can keep the strength increases up.

I was up 5 lbs on the first exercise.
Then 10 lbs(!!!) on the first 2 sets of the 2nd exercise.
Then I was up 1.5 reps over the 4 sets of the 3rd exercise.
I was up 5 lbs on the 4th exercise.
I was up 5 lbs on the 2nd set of the 5th and tried to do that weight on the 3rd set but petered out 2 reps shy.

The tricep pumps really got in the way on the last 2 reps of each set on the 3rd exercise. I wasn't really able to get the full range of motion that I like.

First exercise felt great. Probably could have been up 10 lbs but I didn't want to burn myself out.
Second exercise felt even better on the first 2 sets. I was really feeling the tempo - probably went too slow in fact. I probably could have been up 5 lbs on the last 2 sets of that exercise, but we only have dumbells in 10 lbs. incriments above 30 lbs.
Third exercise also felt great early, and probably went too slow, but on the last 2 reps of each I had real difficulty going all the way down and then all the way back up because of the triceps/front deltoid pumps.
4th exercise was waaaaaay easy. I probably could have gone up more, but wanted to make sure I squeezed hard at the top.
5th exercise gave me some huge pumps in my biceps - which I never have on chest day.

This seriously was probably my best workout ever. I felt great due to the Amp and the freaking huge pump in my lagging chest. I felt like my chest finally fit in with my arms (they seem to dominate my upper body).
Veins were everywhere in my forearms and also saw some in my biceps - which is unheard of outside of bicep day.

I'd highly recommend Amp with Powerfull for pre-WO.

Also, I slept great last night, for like 9 and a half hours. I think I would have woken up on my own earlier without the Powerfull.
 
Monday - 1/16
Weight - 170 lbs.

Off day for lifting.
I didn't get all my meals in because of too many meetings and people in my office looking for stuff. I was also at work late. Again, probably only got in half of my cals.

Slept fine on Sunday night, which I've had problems with (even since starting Powerfull). But, was groggy for the first few hours.
 
Sunday - 1/15
Weight - 170 lbs.

I got up late - slept really well Saturday night. But, this pushed back my meals and so I missed about 1.5 of them or so.

I worked out triceps.
I was up 5 lbs on the last 2 sets of the 1st exercise.
I was up 10 lbs on the first 2 sets of the 2nd exercise.
I was up 10 lbs on the 2nd set of the 3rd exercise. But, I could have done 5 lbs. more on the 3rd set if I had felt like loading a regular bar instead of using the pre-loaded EZ curl bars. This one probably felt the best, best control and best pumps.
I was up 5 lbs on the first set of the last exercise.
Entire arm felt freaking huge! Veins were everywhere. I seemed to be seeing a vein on my delts which is unusual.

I started to feel sick after the 3rd exercise. And I got the worst during the last set of the last exercise. I think I could have gotten 5 lbs. more if I didn't feel like I was gonna puke.

After getting a few mins. of fresh air, I felt much better.


I saw 2 zits on my stomach and a few more on my chest. Not sure on my back - it's been bad since I tried a bottle of Rebound.
I've seen 2 zits on my forearms and one right above the elbow joint on the inside of my left bicep.

I'm not going to try anything for the acne as I want to see how bad it gets or doesn't get.
So far, it doesn't seem nearly as bad as the anti-estrogen products I've tried (tamoxifen and Rebound).
 
Today (1/18)
Weight - 170 lbs.

I didn't feel a pump when I woke up this morning. But that changed quickly. I could feel a triceps pump when washing my hair.
The upper back pump started mid-morning. I didn't do anything today, just was inside not out in the plant.
So, this was pretty odd considering I worked out chest last night.
The chest pump was the best today.
I love this feeling!

Today's workout was back, again a repeat of my 2nd day on Powerfull (1/3).
First exercise was up 7.5 lbs (probably could have done maybe 5 lbs. more).

Second exercise was down 1 rep - mainly due to forearm pumps and difficultly with the grip (pull-ups of some sort).

Third exercise was up 10 lbs on the 2nd set, and probably would have been up 5 lbs on the 3rd if I had that option.

Fourth exercise was when the forearm pumps REALLY came in play. (Once again, a grip situation). I was up 10 lbs. on the 2nd set but had real trouble gripping the weight on the last 2 reps. By this point, my forearms were so freaking full it wasn't funny. My biceps were damn near getting there too. I had to drop back to normal on the 3rd set and the same thing happened at the end. My back was pumped after this, but not near the level of my arms.
Biceps were sizzling by this point.

Fifth and last exercise was the same weight as last time- really, really difficult time gripping the bar.

This is the first time I'd say I've seen Powerfull be a negative on training. If I didn't have the freaking huge arm-day like pump, my back was feeling really great on the 1st and 3rd exercise (which aren't as grip intensive to me). This is even considering my back was pumped before I walked into the gym.

I've noticed that libido seems to be up the last few days. I'm having more "random wood" at work (like in high school but without the hotties - I work with some serious dogs).

This stuff really seems to be kicking in.
I've got about 2-3 more days on this bottle. So, it will come pretty close to 3 weeks on a bottle at this dosing.
 
Yesterday (1/19)
Weight - 170

No workout, rest day.

For the second day in a row, I was out in the plant for most of the day. I didn't get my meals in. I'd estimate only 2500 cals. or so for the last 2 days.

That hasn't stopped the great workouts though.
 
Today (1/20)
Weight - 170 lbs.

I finished the first bottle last night. I'm on to the bottle with the broken caps.

Last minute meetings ruled most of today at work. So, I only got one protein shake with lunch. Ugh! This week has been bad. Thinking back on it, all of the days I've been below the number of meals I should be eating.
Irregardless, the effect on workouts and vasularity has remained.

I worked out biceps and shoulders today.
As compared to the last time I did this workout:
Up 10 lbs on the 3rd set of the 1st exercise.

Up 5 lbs. on all sets of 2nd exercise. I really started to see more veins in my biceps.

Up 10 lbs. on all sets of 3rd exercise. (Struggled last 2 reps of 4th set though).

Up 5 lbs on all sets of 4th exercise. (Felt so much easier than last time.)
But the last set the pumps in forearms and bi's got really, really wicked.

The last exercise was really difficullt. I tried to go up 5 lbs on the first set and only got 7 of 12 reps. I had to drop back to normal to get the last 5 but that was really difficult.
I had to drop down 5 lbs on the last set of this exercise which still proved to be difficult.
 
Today - 1/21
Weight - 170 lbs.

I felt like getting jacked up for my leg workout today. So, I took 3 caps of C2 with my morning Powerfull and then added 25 mgs. of ephedrine to that pre-WO (along with one more cap of Powerfull - made 4 of them pre-WO).
Worked pretty well!:woohoo:Great workout on C2/Powerfull. I felt really alert - definate increase in energy.

I did some cardio before the weight lifting to get my knees warmed-up. I could feel a nice pump in my calves - much more than normal.

I'm not sure what it's worth to update the weight increases (or decreases) with legs since I hadn't worked them in so long.
So, if anyone is interested, please ask.
Suffice it to say, I was up on every exercise but not by much (still in the assesment period with my knees).
My hams were most pumped, followed by glutes then quads.

I could feel more of a lower back pump than the last time I did this workout, but not Superdrol debilitating. (I've been sitting here at the computer for an hour or so - I'd be laying on the floor for relief if this were SD.)

I felt so good that I decided to throw some traps in to compliment the deadlift variation I do.
I loaded up the trap machine thing. I haven't done those in a while, so I wasn't using 8 45lb. plates or whatever.
But I got a great pump in my traps, also back, chest, and forearms.


The acne seems to have hung around. But I managed to get one on the back of my neck, which is driving me crazy!
I am also thinking this stuff is causing some more body hair.
More and more, I'm seeing a "steroidal AI" type of response (albeit not quite as dramatic as, say, ATD).

I'm noticing an increase in ejaculate volume. I'm not sure if others have seen that or not.
The increase in daytime wood has also remained.
 
Not to hijack but I had to ask. This question may sound stupid to some but maybe a USPLABS Rep could chime in. Does POWERFull require a PCT? The only reason why I ask is because I noticed the new Herbal from AX is requiring one?

FYI I'm currently using Powerfull as well and so far so good. I'm taking it in the morning on empty, before my pre-workout meal, and before my last meal of the day. My body seemed to swell up some and others do notice.
 
I know SuperSoldier showed that it increased his test. levels some (maybe 100 ng/dL) but it should not require a PCT.

I ended up watching football at a buddies place and didn't eat so well at all. Next Sunday will probably turn out bad as well.

I worked out triceps before that.
I was up 5 lbs on the 3rd set of the 1st exercise.

Up 10 lbs. on the 3rd set of the 2nd exercise. (Could have been up 5 lbs if I had felt like loading the bar instead of the pre-loaded ones.)

3rd exercise - the tricep pump really hurt range of motion on the 2nd and 3rd sets, so I had to hold weight.

4th exercise - up 10 lbs on the 2nd set.

Walked on the treadmill afterwards - another good calf pump.


Today 1/23
Weight - 169 lbs. (After overeating yesterday??)

Off day today.

I'm beginning to think that I'm going to be punting on the diet quite a bit for the next few months.
The refinery maintenance season is upon us and while I had thought I wouldn't be impacted - I turned out to be wrong.
I've got a little plant that is in the ditch, barely hanging to life.
We'll be taking it down in May to clean and fix a bunch of equipment - so I'll be really, really busy getting projects done for it and then working 12 hr. shifts while it's down for the maintenance to inspect equipment.

I'll promise to do what I can to get all my meals in, but I'm quite sure it ain't gonna happen.
Case in point - got stuck in meetings for over 2.5 hrs. this afternoon then had to scope some upcoming work out in the plant for another hour or so. Then had to send data over to my counterpart in the UK.
And on and on and on...

All so you ungrateful bastards have gas and plastic! :hammer:

Weight - 170 lbs.

Today was too hectic. Meals were non-existant save for a lunch that I loaded up on protein but only carbs were green beans.
I'm really tired. I got home not too long ago - was at work about an hour late.
I'm shutting it down here soon and going to bed.

There is no way I'm eating maintenance. This stuff MUST be helping preserve muscle.
I'm really impressed.
I know USP was shooting for a log with a great diet and workout routine.
I responded with a week of great diet and have kept the great routine. This stuff has kept strength going up and I've held muscle (it looks like) while not getting to eat what I should.
This, to me, is real-world feedback.

Taking yesteday off seemed to be a great idea. I slept awesome last night. I felt great today. Was in a great mood all day.

But, I messed up on pre-WO food. I tried to cram too many carbs (didn't get nearly enough today) and ended up eating too much fiber.
That stuff hit my stomach like a ton of bricks starting on the last set of my 1st exercise.

I was up 5 lbs on the first 2 sets of the 1st exercise and feeling great. Great control, etc. I tried to continue at that weight for the 3rd set, but as mentioned really pooped out and couldn't finish the last 3 reps. In hindsight, I should have dropped the weight, but I didn't know I'd start feeling like a bloated pig. Ugh.

Also up 5 lbs. on the 1st two sets of the 2nd exercise. Had trouble on the last 2 reps of that 2nd set though. So, I dropped back down to normal on the 3rd set. Only had a little trouble locking out on the last rep.

At this point, my pecs are on fire and feeling huge!

Was up 10 lbs. on the first set of the 3rd exercise. Then dropped down on the other 2 sets because of bad shoulder pumps.

Last exercise was a version of a flye. This felt really great. I love ending with something that really stretches the muscle.
I stuck with the weight last week as I was starting to feel queasy.
But I had what seemed to be much better control. I was going down on the negative portion too slow this time. And was still able to get the reps!!

I decided to do some low intensity cardio afterwards to help digest all the food.
I could feel my chest bounce!!! That was so cool.

I really, really enjoy chest workouts on this stuff. It gives me huge pumps in my pecs. Since these are my weak points (I think), it just makes me feel a whole lot better.

I'd highly recommend for PCT as I think the strength increases and boost in ego due to the massive pumps would really be beneficial.
I'm planning on using a bottle or 32 for my next run (which will be a while, at least until all this damn maintenance ends).

Weight - 167 lbs.

Things have sort of slowed up at work. I was able to get probably 2800 cals in today (counting a meal here in a minute).

Chest pump seemed to start after I got out of the shower. Stayed all day. I can still feel it!! :twisted:

I was supposed to work back today. But, the one good lat pulldown we have was out of service. Damn retards!

Instead of using the munchin lat pull, I figured I'd work biceps and calves.

I was up 10 lbs on the 3rd set of the 1st exercise. (Could have been up 5 on the 1st two sets but they don't have that increment on dumbells.)

I tried to go up 10 lbs on the 1st set of the 2nd exercise, but fell short by 2 reps. So, I went back to normal on the 2nd and 3rd sets.
Bottom part of the biceps felt really freaking hard.

3rd exercise was the same as last time. Pumps made the negative really difficult.

4th exercise was a bicep I decided to add - high cable curls. Felt great!

5th exercise was calves. I was up 5 lbs. on all sets.

I'm going to bed.
 
Today - I think this is day 25.
Weight - 169 lbs.

Today's cals were down some - got stuck at work longer than I'd hoped. I'd guess 2500 or so.

Off day at the gym. Still pumped in the chest.

I noticed more acne this morning. I have a few more zits on my chest/front delts and (seemingly) a few more on my back. I don't think my back looks any worse as the acne was already bad.
It does on my chest and front delts though.

Otherwise, I'm gonna pull a 'roid rage on someone!
 
Do you really need a lat pulldown machine to work your back? A chin-up bar, barbell and dumbbell should be all you could possibly need to effectively work your back if a machine is unavailable.
 
You are right, but lat pulls are in my routine from Bobo.

Today
Weight 169 lbs.

Meals were better today. I'm probably at 2800 cals.

As mentioned, I worked out back. The good lat pull machine was fixed - thank God.

I felt really good.
I went up 10 lbs on the first 2 sets of the 1st exercise. I dropped back to normal for the 3rd but could have been up 5 lbs if I had the option.

I was up 10 on the first 2 sets of the second exercise too. This one felt great, really in control of the weight. Dropped down 10 lbs for the last set, but again could have been up 5 lbs I think.

3rd exercise was when the forearm pumps really began. They were nearly as bad as the last time I did this back workout. I didn't nearly have the problems gripping the wide-grip bar.
I was up 10 lbs. on the last set of this exercise. I think I may have been able to go up 5 lbs. on the first set, but not 10 (the smallest incriment).

4th exercise was up 10 lbs. on the first 2 sets. My middle back started to get really sore/pumped by the end of the 2nd set, so I dropped back 10 for the 3rd to make sure I used good form/tempo.

5th exercise was up 5 lbs. on the first set. Inner back pumps prevented staying at that weight for the 2nd (and last) set.

I noticed a ton of veins in my biceps and a few on my forearms I haven't seen before.

Great workout.

Edit - forgot to add that I went to bed early last night and had a really weird (but vivid) dream. Too bad I didn't get any from the chick with the big tits in the dream.
 
Today
168 lbs.

I got up late - slept for a looooong time.

So, I was short on meals today.

I also really mistimed the pre-WO dose. I took 5 caps but then got a call from a good friend and talked for like 30 mins or so. I had to get my pre-WO stuff ready. So, I think I hit the gym almost 2 hours after taking the dose.

I worked out triceps. But ran into an early closing of the gym. So, I basically had like 45 mins to get my warmup and workout in. (I have to warm up my rotator cuffs/shoulders because of the pinched A/C joint that nagged me for 2 years.)
I ended up having to cut the rest down between sets to like 45 seconds by the time I got started.
This really seemed to cause a larger pump than normal. And, of course, strength went down with the much shorter rest period (normally 2 mins).

I had to go down 5 lbs on the last 2 sets of the 1st exercise. Much bigger pump by the 3rd set.

I tried the normal weight on the 2nd exercise but struggled the last 2 reps on the first set. So I went down 10 lbs. for the last 2 sets. Last rep of the last set was a real struggle.

At this point, I'm really breathing hard and my tri's are rock hard.

3rd exercise was down 10 lbs. on the 2nd and 3rd sets. I think I could have just dropped 5 lbs. on the 2nd set but I didn't have time to load a bar (used the pre-loaded EZ bar).

4th exercise was tortue - a drop set. I attempted normal weight for the 1st set - no way! I got 2 reps. So, I dropped the weight 7.5 lbs and was barely able to finish up. I then dropped 7.5 lbs for the second set and was able to finish actually fairly well. I think I could have dropped 2.5 lbs and finished.

I came back here and did some cardio (elliptical thing) for 30 mins. because I felt like it.


Oh, I forgot to post that I started increasing the pre-WO dose to 4 (maybe 5 :twisted:) caps. I did that starting on Thursday's bicep workout.

Tri's were still slightly pumped.
I woke up feeling really tired. That really hung around most of the day.
It represented itself in my workout - chest today.
I was up 5 lbs. on the 1st set of the 1st exercise.

After that, I was using the same weight for every set (save for the very last set - down 5 lbs.) and seeming to struggle on the last 2 or 3 reps.
That was different from last time on this chest rotation.

Not sure why the fatigue seemingly all day and sucky workout. I do know I felt a definate decrease in endurance (end of sets were awful).

I'm off to bed.

My chest was pumped all day. Great feeling!

I worked out back tonight. This rotation last time I had some real problems with forearm pumps and holding on to the weight/bar/etc.
Glad to say this time I had good forearm/arm pumps but not to the point of griping issues.

I was up 5 lbs. on the first exercise.

I was down a rep on the 2nd exercise. :wtf:

I was up 10 lbs. on the 1st and 3rd sets of the 3rd exercise. Started to get a great pump on my inner back.

I tried to go up 10 lbs. on the first set of the 4th exercise but didn't think I could finish, so I dropped back 10. I ended up going up 10 lbs. on the 3rd set (last time had real problems with grip at 10 lbs. less).

I was up 10 lbs. on the first set of the 5th exercise. I really seemed to hit a wall on the last 2 sets. I dropped back 10 to normal and finished, but seemed to not have the control of the weight that I had on the first set.
Weird.

I'm really tired now, so I'm going to bed soon (an hour or so before normal).

Off day from the gym tomorrow.
Chest is super pumped after the back workout!

Didn't sleep well last night at all. Bad thunderstorm rolled through - kept me up all night.

I've got some Venom samples from Island Supps. So, I took one with my Powerfull dose upon waking (with like 5 hours sleep). Then one right before lunch.
Man - I feel good!
Chest is still pumped as is middle back.

Acne seems to be getting slightly worse. I'm seeing 2 zits on my stomach.

I think I've got about 10 days or so left.
 
Any chance of some updated measurements? Those would be very useful in gaining a better idea of how the product has been working, body composition wise.
 
Yeah, let me try this weekend.

I want to get them first thing in the AM as the starting ones and I just dont' have time during the workweek.
 
Today
Weight 170 lbs.

Worked out biceps and delts today.
Pumps really inhibited movement today. There seemed to be a bigger bicep pump today than the last time I did this workout - which makes sense at more Powerfull pre-WO.

First exercise was up 10 lbs. on the first set. 2nd and 3rd were same as last time. I could have been up 5 lbs. on the 2nd set if we had those dumbells.
Pump was already pretty bad by the last set.

Second exercise was the same weight as last time, but had real trouble on the last 1 to 2 reps for each set.
Veins were really popping out!

Third exercise was delts. Was up 10 lbs. on the first set. Other 3 were the same as last time, but I could have been up 5 lbs. on the second set if I had those dumbells.
Arms felt huge by now with the tricep pump!

Fourth exercise was the same weight as last time - but it felt too easy on the first 2 sets. I just didn't think I could jump up 10 lbs. and still have good control of the weight (smallest increment upward).

Fifth exercise was same weight on the first set - really struggled last 2 reps. Tried that weight on the last set, but only got 7 reps. Had to drop 10 lbs. to get the last 5 reps in.

Forewarms/biceps/triceps were really screaming!
I couldn't straighten my arms.
I tried to talk on my cell on the way home from the gym - that didn't happen for long without a really bad bicep/forearm cramp.


I think, for me, the extra cap might be too much for bicep day. I get the best pumps there on a normal workout, the extra Powerfull seems to take it over the line.
It is an awesome feeling though, it's just too much for range of motion and finishing sets.
 
Measurements taken just now (I've been up for 30-40 mins. - no food yet, same as day 1)

Waist is now 31.1 (down from 31.5) - measured just below the belly button

quads are 21.7 (just below the 3/4" mark on the tape - up from 21.5)

calves are 15.2 (up from 15.1")

chest is ~38.9 (just below 39" on the tape - up from 38.7")

R arm is 15.2" (down from 15.25) :wtf:

L arm is 15.25" (up from 15.1")

I'm pretty sure I didn't record the initial arm measurements wrong (switching R and L).

Anyway, pretty happy thus far. I can tell that my love handles aren't as wide and I have some more definition in my lower abs (not nearly enough though...).
Strength is up from day 1 on every exercise.
I thought I'd have a larger arm and chest increase as I've gotten comments about looking bigger. But, an increase (albeit small) with a decrease in waist size is something I'm not gonna quibble over.
 
Today
Weight 169 lbs.

I had a big giftcard from work for a few local restaraunts. So, a coworker and I went to a local ribs place to use it up. I downed some cheesesticks, baby back ribs, and some cookie-ice cream pie thing.
Man, was I bloated afterwards.

Once I felt well enough to move (lol), I went to the gym to do legs.
Wow, that was fun.
Still taking it pretty slow with weights.

First exercise went pretty well. I added 5 lbs. on the last 2 sets - felt ok.

Second exercise gave my quads a really big pump! (An isolation exercise). Ended up using the same weight, but a bigger pump.

Third exercise was sort of difficult with the big pump.
Started to get a ham pump during this exercise.

Fourth exercise was freaking crazy. I could barely walk. Quads were huge and freaking burning.

I love the immediate response with this supplement. Love the huge pumps on this stuff.

Today - 170 lbs.

Legs (esp. quads) are pumped as hell!

I worked out triceps before the super bowl.
I'll compare to the time before last (since I had to rush my workout last time).

I was up 5 lbs. on the 3rd set of the 1st exercise (tried to go up 5 on the first set - but wasn't feeling it).

2nd exercise was normal. I started to have some pain in my right elbow at the end of the first set, so I went back to the normal weight 2nd set. But, I think I could have handled that weight 2nd set (would have been +10 lbs).

3rd exercise was up 10 lbs. on the 2nd and 3rd sets. Last 2 reps of 3rd set were really hard with the huge pump.

4th set was even more difficult. I tried to go up 5 lbs. on the 2nd set (of a drop-set) but ended up having to go back down half way through (of 12 reps). Too heavy.

I then went to Buffalo Wild Wings and pigged out on wings and wraps. :woohoo:
 
Yesterday - 169 lbs.

Off day at the gym - pretty tired at work.

Today - 170 lbs.

Pretty busy at work - was out in the plant for a while. But I was able to get 1 protein shake + whole grains before my pre-WO nutrition - which was a step-up.

I was pretty tired again today. That really seemed to manifest itself in my workout.

I tried to add weight to all the first sets of my chest workout, but was unsuccesfull at getting the required reps.
That happened on the first 2 exercises. For the next 2, I gave up and went back to the weight from last week.

Still got an awesome chest pump - still pumped 2 hrs. later.
But, I'm really tired. Gonna head to bed soon - after I get some food together for tomorrow.

I forgot to add that I don't have many caps left. If I take 6 pre-WO, I'll be done on Friday. So, I'ma shoot for that (instead of having a last day with like 3 or 4 caps). I'll end up getting like 40 days out of these 1.8 bottles - good value.

Didn't feel as tired today (but somewhat...)
I got bogged down before lunch and had to delay the first meal after breakfast, and then was in back to back to back meetings until I left work (late...).
I had my pre-WO meal, but my realtor called on my way to the gym to go look at a house after I finished lifting.
So, I didn't get my post-WO meal till 45 mins. ago. But, I liked the house. I think I'm gonna buy it.

So, on to the workout - back today.
I don't think there is really an advantage to going this high on pre-WO doseage (6 caps), I know it is early but for me I'm not feeling much of a difference.

1st exercise - up 10 lbs. on the 2nd and 3rd sets

2nd exercise - this bothered my right shoulder for some reason, so I stuck with the same weight as last time.

3rd exercise - went up 10 lbs. on the first set, last 2 were same as last time

4th exercise - up 10 lbs. on the 3rd set (last)

5th exercise - up 5 lbs. on the 2nd set.

All in all, felt really in control of the weight. Still a good pump in the mid-back and biceps and this is 3 hrs. later. Chest is still pumped from yesterday - just goes to show that I can have a disappointing workout and still get great pumps on this stuff.

Off to bed - tired as hell again.

BTW - meeting ALL DAY tomorrow with people from headquarters in Houston. May (stress may) have time for one shake, but doubtfull till 4 pm.
