C2 Review

As promised to USP, I will log progress using C2. I have started using 3 caps first thing in the AM and again in the afternoon pre-workout. So far I can say for certain that it works well as an energizer, and seems to keep me on a steady plane regarding energy and energy expenditure. I haven't noticed any "crash" and the effects seem well sustained. So far so good!
 
Early AM workout today (very unusual these days because of my schedule, although I prefer AM's). Oatmeal, protein and C2 pre-workout. Good energy and strength which is especially important since this is week 2 of PCT, and I'm usually weak and less motivated. I had to do back and legs today, as I won't be in the gym again until Thursday, and found no lack of power or motivation. C2 is a good boost, and as stated earlier, sustains very well.
 
good point. Fortunately (for now; unfortunately for later), nothing has ever killed my appetite for more than 3-4 hours at a time, save food poisoning...
 
Continued energy sustained for pretty intense workouts and some moderate cardio days. Again, I am convinced that the C2 is really helping because I have always had a hell of a time sustaining endurance and intensity in PCT. No problems at this time. Workouts are intense enough but abbreviated. Energy throughout the day seems to remain good as well---definitely haven't had any "crashes" as I have on other supps.
