NOW's EGCg is a potent product at $9 a bottle. Very little caffeine and an excellent nootropic. Good extract is easy to source, cheaply. It's a commodity product even on the superior extracts.

NOW has some solid products. I like Lean Green as well.

hey...i just bought the NP green tea caps.....their said to be equivalent to the Primaforce ones........do you know how much i should be dosing them at....primaforce says 1x2....but im a big guy (280's) and ive read a bunch of threads of people dosing 2x3 and 3x3.....and more...just wondering what the best dosing to start off with is.
