I just want to give credit to Ceosm for going above and BEYOND what was needed to resolve an issue. It wasnt even his issue to resolve, it was more of the Post Offices Problem, But that did not stop him from going beyond what was needed for the situation.

i want to second the EXCELLENT service i have received from ceosm and USP. My order was overlooked in the customer appreciation sale and was never shipped out. At ceosm's request i sent an email over to USP orders and they responded so quick i didnt even have time to hit the refresh button. they sent out my order that day, no questions asked or no customer service nightmares. that is serious service.
