I thought you were going to send out an email when its available. I recieved the 1st email saying thursday it was being released for us current customers but i havnt seen anything today. I don't want to miss out on the beta sale. help!!!! haha

Howdy folks,

Admin at Synergy here... I apologize for the issues a few of you are having. The issue appears to be the 20% discount throwing an error during the CC authorization.

For now, I've disabled the discount so you all should be able to order without problems. After your order, your 20% discount will be applied directly back to your credit card.

The 20% I'm referring to is explained here: HELP WANTED from those who believe in USPlabs

$37 is the discounted customer appreciation sale price (it will be raised $48 after the sale). Those who participated in the offer above and sent me their names got an additional 20% for helping out.

Ah Ha!! i was quite confused there for a while MDH, thanks for clearing it up. i am not a previous customer but soon will be a current customer. should the 20% discounts for helping with the vitamin shoppe letters be in the email i posted on the thread or just when i order? if your products are as good as your dedication to your customers you have just added one more. thanks for the help.
