| -Dalla Hunga- Board Moderator | Im trying to space the doses out as evenly as possible. I usually workout at 9:30 - 11:00PM...would it be better to take the last dose pre-workout, or before bed? Always before eating and yes, always with water. | -Dalla Hunga- Board Moderator | BETA TRIAL DAY 3 Stats Weight: 223lbs BF% ~11.0% Resting Heart Rate: 60 Blood Pressure: 130/75 Cold Measurements NO CHANGES Arms Right, unflexed: 15.25" Right, flexed: 17.75" Left, unflexed: 15.125" Left, flexed: 17.625" Forearms Right, unflexed: 13" Right, flexed: 14" Left, unflexed: 13"" Left, flexed: 14" Chest 47.5" Shoulders 56" Thighs 26" Calves 16.75" Waist 34" Post Workout Measurements NO CHANGES Comments: Coming back from vacation, I was kind of busy this week and only made it to the gym twice. So yesterday, I did a full-body workout to at least try to get a good pump in all the areas I missed training. Started off with 3 sets of dumbell bench press - 110's x 8 which isnt very good for me, as Ive been able to press 130's x 6 for sets without a problem. (again, a week of slacking can be attributed to that) Then, onto 3 sets of Arnold-style 'partial flyes' on the flat bench with dumbells. Used 55's, got a viscious pump in my pecs after doing these. When I looked in the mirror, I could see some striations in my chest - kinda nice considering Im still >10% BF. Supersetted the flyes with standing alternating dumbell curls. 60s x 12 without a hitch. Bicep veins started showing, which is nice, as I usually dont get any vascularity until Im really lean. Next up, lying incline side laterals. Really nice pump in the delts from these. Went from looking kinda flat to nice an angular after 3 sets - Supersetted with Rope press downs for tris, 3 sets of 12 with the stack (its a crappy cable machine ). Again, nice pump. From here, went over to the squat rack and just worked my way up from 225. Surprisingly, I kept getting stronger with every set. My my 7th (!!) set of squats, I had 405lbs across my shoulders with no problem whatsoever. Ive been having a problem coming out of the hole with 400+lbs, but Ive been incorporating box squats into my leg routine and it obviously is doing the trick! Did one more set with 405, again it felt pretty easy. Inbetween each set of squats I hit a set of wide-grip chins. Since Ive lost a good 17lbs or so cutting, these have gone way up - First set I got 20 reps fairly easily. Not really any improvement but considering I was already at 20+ sets for the workout and still going strong it felt good. After 8 sets of squats and 3 sets of chins, I finished up with 2 deep sets of SLDL's and then did 20min of cardio on the elliptical. While, other than the squats I didnt notice any strength increases, I had a *lot* of energy to train. I had a great pump throughout my whole body, but I dont think it was anything 'astounding'. Definitely better than usual, however. Some things I have been noticing: The night before, my girlfriend came on to me while I was trying to leave for the gym. Let's just say I never made it I've been *really* 'excitable' - like when the wind blows excitable.![]() After that, slept for a straight 12 hours! Like others have mentioned, a solid, deep sleep too. I havent slept that long in a very long while - usually I get about 6 hours of sleep per night and Im good. Mood is definitely up, but life has also been pretty good lately, so I don't know if I can attribute that to the powerFULL. This coming week, Im back on track with diet/training and looking foward to seeing some results. Ceosm, have you run any bloodwork on powerFULL or Cissus? It would be interesting to see what's going on here...while powerFULL's effects,in these early stages, are still yet to be realized - there is no doubt in my mind that Cissus is anabolic. | -Dalla Hunga- Board Moderator | This is Day5 on powerFULL. Just came back from chest day, nothing in the way of strength gains. I look fairly full an pumped up, but no more than I would after a day of carbing up. I was also in a pretty lousy mood today, but I always am on Mondays ![]() Ill hit arms tomorrow and post up some measurements... | -Dalla Hunga- Board Moderator | Arrrghh! Been so damn busy and my stupid gym closes too early...going to take today off and go run outside, as its a beautiful night. There's a nice gym on the 1st floor of the building where I work, so I went down during lunch to get work my tris a bit, and do a few sets of chins. Great pump, I have to admit. I do look a bit leaner as well. Another thing I notice: My skin seems to be pretty dry, but the skin on my face seems abnormally oily - I even see a little acne there. I'll hit back tomorrow, legs on Friday, and arms/delts on Saturday and Ill be able to get my whole workout in.
