| Just a quick update........ Strength gains and pumped feelings in gym are still very present...My appetite is really through the roof. Now the weight gain i could not believe. im up 5 pounds in five days ..now i know im eating more, but that is pretty extreme. I am not noticing any sexual sides although my drive is pretty high anyway. also I am getting a little " bacne" which is unusual but nothing major. Still really taking the strength increase in stride because i have injured myself in the past going to heavy too quick. | I think I found that pump you were looking for....had a blow-out on an errand run yesterday, and by the time I got done with jacks & tires & such, my arms were practically swollen...even this morning, I can barely lift a cup of coffee (and THAT's serious!). As a result, I can't really give a pre-workout measurement (didn't have the tape w/ me in the truck): weight is 210 Forearms unflexed/flexed: R+L=12.25/12.50 Upper Arms unflexed/flexed: R+L=13.00/14.00 same measurements last night (pre+post) and this morning. sleep still excellent, no sexual side-effects (it's okay: I'm married to a woman who doesn't like sex), and I'm HUNGRY ALL THE TIME! | update: -libido, erections, ejaculatory volume are all way up  -easier to attain pump in the gym -joints getting a little more sore (probably will be adding in cissus) -I am actually noticing some water retention in lower abdominal area, which I figured to be the case with the quick weight gain; however, not as bad as either CM or CEE in that regard, and the fullness is better IMHO as well with powerFULL -sleep is still up and dreams are crazy vivid -strength is maintaining -mood still up also -comparing this to dbol is a stretch, but I don't think that is necessarily a bad thing, as we probably would have been looking at inevitable shutdown with something that strong Ceosm, My morning dose is taken with a ****tail of: ALCAR, tyrosine, choline, taurine, caffeine, glucuranalactone, and idebenone. This couldn't be hindering absorption could it? I honestly felt the pumps more in the first 3 days than I am now..  | |||

| I'm also noticing an increase in vivid dreaming..still nothing in the way of strength improvements. I *did* look a bit leaner in the mirror this morning. Ceosm - are those who are keeping a log on another site still receiving a bottle of PowerFull? Just curious... BV | |||

| Last Update Well this is it my last beta update, today was back and traps and once again got pumped up. My sleep has been amazing and sex has been fantastic. I have that almost invincibilty feeling you get while "on" which helps so much with self confidence. Mood is defenitely improved and my desire to lift is great because I can see the results quickly. I can't say enough good things about this product, I want to say something bad because it sounds too good to be true but I can't! I ecperienced no negative side effects! I am very glad I have another bag full of red pills waiting to be taken so I can see where I'm in the next weeks. Way to go USP! CEOSM is the dose now changed from 3 pills 3 times a day to, 2 pills 3 times a day? For my posting on 2 boards I got 147 pills (ha yes I counted) and I want to take them in the most product efficient way possible. | |||

| Comments on powerFULL: I seem to be leaner than before I started powerFULL, I am also more vascular than before. the vivid dreams are definately there, seem almost real. the wife has woke me up twice, in the middle of some pretty good dreams. PowerFUll makes me feel great, I am in a better mood all day long, the feeling of being on "super supplements." I also seemed to have more confidence. Lately I have been having a hard time getting motivated to train hard, since I started powerFUll I have been training with a lot more intensity, I love it. I think the intensity has added some extra soreness. This is a great product, and thanks for giving me an opportunity to beta test it. If you haven't had a chance to check out my preworkout document, take a look I am impressed with the numbers after only 14 days. | |||
