Here are a few tips that I have had great luck with while cutting that you may find handy in your own supplementation:
1. The best way for administering cAMP is to take it on an empty stomach, 45 minutes before a meal or before training.
2. If you are performing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, that is one opportune time to take cAMP, if not 30-45 minutes before your 1st meal is best.
3. The following 2 doses are best taken at evenly spaced intervals throughout your day, preferably 2 hours after a meal and 45 minutes before a meal or before training.
4. Cissus Rx, I have found, works best if you just take it when you take your cAMP. I have always taken mine together.
5. It is also beneficial to take your first two of three doses of cAMP with an added caffeine source. 200mg caffeine capsules work great here. If not than green tea/coffee work well too. Your last dose of cAMP can be taken at bedtime to promote lypolysis and muscle growth throughout the night.
