damn it.. i was wondering why i would go thru a bottle in 2 weeks... i will cut back ... but you cannot stop me from adding it to my fav. foods.... cAMPH tastes wonderful over rice, icecream, and i even had taken my old sugar jar and filled it with cAMPH so i can add it to my mornings cup of joe... splenda my ass...
 
i reckon 8 per day ie.2/2/2 is just fine.

hehe, I'm the first I think to have started this protocol. I think the reason i did was cause taking 2 caps before training wasn't as effective. So I'm a trend setter of sorts :think:
 
i actually have been taking only 6 a day... it has been working well... i had no idea why i haven't been taking 8, but i have been also taking 8 cisssususuusuus RX a day... have i got this ass backwards
 
i think i am going to switch it up .. do 8 cAMPH and 6 ciss. I honestly have been adding too much muscle.. not kidding... .. who knows..
 
HHHhmmmm, I was on this protocol just for no reason to begin with.

I like it though. I think I will bump up to 8 when I order more. I wish I actually ordered more than a bottle at a time.

This is most certainly true, both from my personal experience and from my peers around me who are hooked on cAMP!!

A few close friends of mine happen to be very caffeine sensitive and they can take the 3 doses a day of cAMP, 1 of those being at bedtime, and be perfectly fine with no issues regarding insomnia or interuptions of sleep patterns. The success that I have seen has been overwhelmingly awesome and I continue to see progress as the lypolysis continues throughout the night.

I just started using cAMP yesterdiddy, and the instructions state take on an empty stomach. Does this mean "empty" empty (which is kinda hard if you really are trying to eat right), or does this mean simply avoiding certain nutrients (like fiber, maybe?) that might interfere with absorption?

From what I've read it's as empty as possible. I guess the best time if you're eating 5 or 6 meals a day is like the label says, 30 minutes before you eat.

Empty Stomach

The term empty stomach does in fact mean as empty as possible. Upon waking, 30-45 minutes before cardio or your morning meal, is when the first dose of cAMP should be taking to be effectively utilized to ramp up lypolysis in the body.

The way I cater supplementation that is best taken on an empty stomach is by eating every three hours. If you eat a meal, and need to take your supps on an empty stomach before your next meal, simply take it 30-45 minutes before your following meal. That leaves a time span of nearly 2 hours inbetween the time you last ate and the time you need to take your next dose of cAMP.

Then you can do the previous instruction protocol for your last dose or take it at bedtime, whichever best suits your schedule or supplementational preferences.
 
Ive started taking Camphobolic at night, and also combining it with caffeine during the day (coffee for one dose and Green Tea for another)...defintely see results.
