I've been using Cissus RX for roughly 40 days now, and the tendinitis in my right shoulder has completely subsided. For the first 30 days, I used six capsules a day. For the last 10 days, I've been using 3 capsules a day.
During the first few days of use, the analgesic effect kicked in, and my shoulder felt wonderful. However, after about a week and a half, the occasional discomfort would return, but in a transient manner as opposed to the lingering ache I had been experiencing prior to using the Cissus RX. After finishing a bottle, I decided to test my shoulder by performing a variety of overhead press movements. I've now completed two such workouts without any pain or limitations on my range of motion.
I started my second bottle on the same day I first performed the overhead press movements, which was about 10 days ago, and it just struck me that in addition to the vast functional improvement, I haven't experienced any of the occasional discomfort I alluded to- transient or otherwise - in the past 3 days. Bottom line is that Cissus RX has worked for me, and I intend to keep using it indefinitely.
