there is a distinct advantage even during the night, when a person
is sleeping. Have a look at this study:

Specifically tables 2 and 3 which looked at the respiratory quotient
between placbo, caffeine, and green tea, and the percentages of
substrates used for fuel. With green tea consumption, significantly more
fat was burned during the night than glycogen to maintain resting
metabolic rate. With Cissus, which spares protein, one would expect to
see an even greater reliance on fat for fuel. Likewise with forskolin,
which liberates fatty acids for fuel use even while sleeping, since
Hormone Sensitive Lipase, which forskolin activates, works during sleep
as well as during the waking hours.

So the take home message is one does not have to be exercising or even
moving about to burn more fat when using cAMPhibolic. It woks just as
well while sleeping.

When i changed to taking it before bed instead of pre-workouts, fat loss was more rapid (which is noted in my log), without loss in LBM, actually went up slightly.

And during a bulk I found it working that well I had trouble putting the weight on!
 
treatments: green tea extract (50 mg caffeine and 90 mg epigallocatechin gallate), caffeine (50 mg), and placebo, which they ingested at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
 
if anyone figures out the proper dosing protocol for powdered green tea extract, post it. I just pitch 1/8-1/4 tsp of the powder down my throat every now and again, hoping that is reasonable...
 
hey salv has it effected your sleeping at all, taking it before bed? I might have to try this if it doesn't effect sleep at all.
 
Interesting Beelz. I think others have said it does stimulate them though.

I don't think I could take it before bed. But who knows.

but to be fair, i take melatonin at night too so that probably has to be a factor in there as well. OTOH, ryansm stated he had no problems sleeping either. like most things, YMMV.
 
Well it has never affected my sleep at all. The only stuff that has ever affected my sleep is BSL GO! anf Neurostim, now THEY are what I call stimulants.
 
cAMP is a stimulant free Theromogenic(first of its kind). Increased engery is reported with workouts but if your just laying around eating fig newtons just expect an increase in metabolic rate.

Note there is small amounts of caffeine in Green tea(less then 5mg) so those HYPER sensitive to caffeine may get slightly stimulated and have problems falling to sleep.

LMAO!! Hey, I happen to LOVE fig newtons...lol. Thx for the explanation ceosm..
 
I used cAMPH for about 6-7 weeks with split doses. I began taking my last dose before bed regularly for about 3 weeks. That's when I really began to notice a difference. My body would be a bit warm at times, but I slept fine as long as I had a fan on, and had some stange dreams. The only thing was, the cAMPH made me break out very badly. Mainly around the shoulders, chest, biceps, face. I know it was from the cAMPH because I ran it solo, and a few days after my last dose, the acne began to go away. I'll do another run with it in a couple of months, because I was pleased with the results.
 
VERY interesting,My girl and I will switch over to dosing upon rising and then right before bed.Good stuff...preserving lean mass during the otherwise catabolic state of sleep AND burning fat while u sleep!?Good lord!
Also,what is the possible mechanism behind the skin/acne breakouts I read on here regarding camp use?
Concerning the caffeine in green tea,remember it is buffered and relatively counteracted by the theanine in it as well :)

I've been taking mine before bed for about 3 weeks now and have been sleeping great. Doesn't stimulate me at all but i'm a caffeine junky. I've been bulking and haven't really had much of a problem putting on weight. Mentally I feel like i'm getting fat but that happens every time I bulk. I'll take bf measurements either tonight or tomorrow night at work and will post back on any change.

Cuffs i've had pretty much the same reaction as you. Breaking out on my chest, biceps and upper back/shoulders. Haven't really noticed much of a heat increase but haven't really looked for it. I'm also running it solo and definately like this stuff. Will probably be something I run from now on unless on cycle. Workouts have been great strength is going up and i've put on some solid weight. Although I'm running creatine also for the first time since highschool. I'm really interested in running camp during a cut. I think that's when it will really shine.
 
I think ceosm said before that the cissus could be the culprit for the acne breakouts. Because other guys are experiencing the same thing who are taking just the cissus. I am currently on day 6 of cissus and have TONS of acne but I'm also currently doing PCT so acne is always inevitable for me during this time.

are you taking cissus RX or cAMP?
 
Pimples has been reported by 2 users which are all comming off a cycle. We have sold over 500 bottles without complaints of Pimples. The only solution is not to take it if you can not tolerate the pimples.
