Surgery

Within the next month i will be going in for ankle surgery which will include tendon and bone damage. I plan on including cissus in my post surgery stack, and I was wondering exactly how long I should wait after surgery before starting up on my cissus, and exactly what kind of dosage you would recommend for a (now) 220 guy with a seriously torn up ankle. Also if anyone is interested i may keep a quazi-log as I had the same exact surgey 2 years ago and would be able to tell if the cissus has any noticable effect on my recovery process.

I will try and put this as best i can as i am not a doctor. First off they are going to re-scope my ankle. This involves digging out bone fragments and then drilling small holes into the bone so that the bone will (hopefully) regenerate. There is also a possibility that the doctor may decide to do it open ankle instead of scope, matters on the outcomes of my most resent MRIs. I also have three large (all larger than the ave. pea) sized cysts growing right under a large tendon. These will all have to be removed. I will know more in the coming weeks, but i have been watching the ankle closely over the last years and I know the doctor is planning on doing at least these two things. Im interested to hear your recomendation. I also have a rare sort of tumor in my ankle which releases a certain inflamatory chemical every night as i try to sleep. for the past three years I have been taking 4 Naproxen sodium tabs right before bed and i am anxious to give cissus a try.

bigfishy,

It would be irresponsible of us to give medical advice, you do not have anything to lose to order cissus before surgery(2-3 weeks) and see what type of relief it provides.

Lets just say hypothetically speaking someone wanted to use the product you created for a use which you specifically designated "...actually promote and speed the healing process of tendon related injuries...speeds the healing process ..." I am simply asking you for a dosage protocol for your product? I do not believe making recomendations on your own products usage is irresponsible at all.

I would begin with 3 caps twice daily for the first 4 days then introduce another 3 cap dose for a total of 9 caps in 3 divided doses. If it was Me, I would start ASAP before going into surgery...you never know.
