Using Cissus/cAMP on a cut really works well to preserve muscle mass, accelerate healing time, and increase lypolysis while building lbm. When carbs are low, focus along with physical endurance lag until the body becomes adjusted to it and that's where the supplements come in to help out. At only two carb up meals per week on low cals, USPlabs supps assisted me in dropping a nice 3.8% body fat in my first 4 weeks.
