Hey Gentlemen,

Remember me ?!

I won a butt load of PM and such awhile back while I was in Baghdad...then I got shipped up North and AM was blocked...so I barely showed up...then I came home and worked on my truck for 30 days...now I am back in the Gym...ready to kill it.

I promised I'd log for you guys, I'm currently doing 5x5 until I get my squat working range back to 315 and my bench working range back to 225, which will be in the next 2 weeks or so...then I plan on a Super-DMZ run...was thinking Swole stack added to PCT but I may run the asteroid stack you guys sent...after that I was going to do a PM run for you...what do you think? Want to gain all the4 mass I can during the winter...pretty sure DMZ is the way to go for that, then cut up for bikini season (lol) so was thinking PM then Havoc.

FYI that gym bag kicks some ass :D Someone else sent me one...can't remember who but it fell apart in 1 day...been using yours for awhile, still holding up!
