Hey im curious as to about how much actuall bcaa is in this product?
7-8g maybe?

also what would an 8:1:1 ratio look like for about a 5g serving?
2:1:1 is,
2.5/1.25/1.25
so what would 8:1:1 look like?

Would you think using ModernBCAA like i would bulk bcaa be a good idea
Like this:
Wake-up 1 Scoop ModernBCAA
Pre-wo- 1 Scoop Modern BCAA
Post-wo- 2 Scoops ModerenBCAA
Before bed- 1 Scoop ModernBCAA

As opposed to 5g at Wake, Pre-wo, and before bed and 10g Post-wo

Micronized L-Leucine, Micronized L-Isoleucine, Micronized L-Valine, L-Alanyl-LGlutamine (Sustamine™)Citric Acid, Natural Flavors, Sucralose

The 8:1:1 ratio is for the Micronized L-Leucine, Micronized L-Isoleucine, Micronized L-Valine which comes out to 8 parts L-Leucine for every 1 part L-Isoleucine and L-Valine.

I am not sure how to answer this question but I do like your plan in dosing the product 4 separate times per day. This is very similar to my plan.

also is the sustamine properly dosed? curious on this ingredient
