    Modern BCAA....


    I must wanna say how much I love the taste of the white blue raz. I also love how easy it is the mix. I do get a slight froth, but I cant stand anything but COLD water during workouts. The froth doesnt bother me none since im use to xtend.

    Also the 8:1:1 is gunna get out to the test!!!

    I also love the blue raz. I've also found that instead of three scoops jack3d pre wo, two pre and one intra mixed with modern bcaa blue raz has an amplified effect on me for both products.

    With the 8:1:1, the amount of Leucine is obviously going to cause this froth but look at it this way, you know there is a TON of it in there!

    Keep us updated my friend (toasting a grape bubblegum modern bcaa filled shaker)... haha

    For sure. I have been sipping on 1.5 scoops with water with my breakfast every day and then using grape bubblegum throughout the day.

    I know a lot of people use 6-7 scoops of xtend per day...Is this something that is necessary for Modern BCAA? I know the ratio is supposed to be better with your guys' stuff...

    So in a nut shell...Can I use the product as directed on the label and still see good results? Or, do I need to double the dose like people do with Xtend?

    How much you use per day is entirely dependent on what your goals are at the moment (bulking, cutting, maintenance, etc.) and where your calories are at. Obviously, the lower your calories are, the more you should use, and those needs will be different for everybody. Bottom line though, you get more from one serving of ModernBCAA than one serving of Xtend.
