Im a endo so I gain fat easy.. AP has saved my life, literally. I can somewhat enjoy my bulks now lol. I just wanted to share my pre-workout regimen that has worked well when bulking.

1 Hour Pre-Workout
1 Pslin & 1 Anabolic Pump
2 Scoops Protein
80 grams Waxy Maize
10 grams Creatine Mono

Post Workout
1 Pslin & 1 Anabolic Pump
2 Scoops Protein
4 Scoops Xtend
80 grams Dextrose


Keeps me really full and carb loaded for a long time, love it. Just thought I'd share for others to see.
