Ok so not that I wanna admit this however I bought a labido supp yesterday called labido max... cause i knew I was gonna be knocking one out last night :hitit:

and it had been a while... well sober anyways LMAO

Anyways so i took one today with my OEP dose and i was sweating like crazy during my workout! Im assuming that some of the ingredients have synergy with OEP

Labido Max:
Maca Powder
Ashwagandha powder
DMG
CDP-Choline
Epimedium
Horny Goat Weed (icariin)
Tribulus
Yohimbe extract (2% (prolly not much))
L-Arginine
NADH
Ginger extract
Long Pepper Extract (1.5% piperine)
Bioperine Black Pepper Extract (piperine)

Honestly I figured it was the Piperine, because I remember Dsade saying that had good synergry with alpha-yohimbine. And i figured the yohimbe did a little bit but it was probably a small dose. And maybe the choline and icariin

Also i took an addition 500mg of L-arginine, 500mg of L-Carnitine, 120mg of Ginkgo Biloba, 1000mg vit c, 500mg L-Lysine, and 100mg B6

either way i was sweating like crazy and will keep it up but im curious what caused this awesome synergry

yeah I could see where there would be some synergy going on with those ingredients, sure..nice concoction.
yohimbe content could def play a part as well.
ooooo love me some Ashwagandha! :D

Just curious on what ingredients people though were doin it brotha! That way maybe i could buy them seperate and get better doses for the same price! :)

What does Ashwagandha do exactly? I was looking up some info on it... mostly for stress relief?

PS - my labido has been through the roof when usually geranium kills it

ashwagandha has many benefits..

short on time right now, and wiki gives me quick access but this isn't the best info, gives you an idea tho.

Description
It grows as a stout shrub that reaches a height of 170 cm (5.6 ft). Like the tomato which belongs to the same family, it bears yellow flowers and red fruit, though its fruit is berry-like in size and shape. Ashwagandha grows prolifically in India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It is commercially cultivated in Madhya Pradesh (a state in India).

[edit] Medicinal use
In Ayurveda ashwaganda is considered a rasayana herb. This herb is also considered an adaptogen which is an herb that works to normalize physiological function, working on the HPA axis and the neuroendocrine system.[citation needed] In Ayurveda, the fresh roots are sometimes boiled in milk, prior to drying, in order to leach out undesirable constituents. The berries are used as a substitute for rennet, to coagulate milk in cheese making.

Ashwagandha in Sanskrit means "horse's smell," probably originating from the odor of its root which resembles that of sweaty horse. In Tamil language|Tamil, it is called Amukkrang Kilangu and is used in several medicines.

The species name somnifera means "sleep-inducing" in Latin, indicating that to it are attributed sedating properties, but it has been also used for sexual vitality and as an adaptogen. Some herbalists refer to ashwagandha as Indian ginseng, since it is used in ayurvedic medicine in a way similar to that ginseng is used in traditional Chinese medicine.

Seven American and four Japanese firms have filed for grant of patents on formulations containing extracts of the herb Ashwagandha. Fruits, leaves and seeds of the Indian medicinal plant withania somnifera have been traditionally used for the Ayurvedic system as aphrodisiacs, diuretics and for treating memory loss. The Japanese patent applications are related to the use of the herb as a skin ointment and for promoting reproductive fertility. The U.S based company Natreon has also obtained a patent for an Ashwagandha extract.

Another US establishment, the New England Deaconess Hospital, has taken a patent on an Ashwagandha formulation claimed to alleviate symptoms associated with arthritis. The product called "ashwagandha oil" is a combination of ashwagandha with almond oil and rose water designed to be used as a facial toner, and should not be consumed orally.
