I've had major lower back issues in the past which is manageable with lifestyle changes and some common sense!!

Most of the time i am pain free and i do not tempt fate at this stage of my life with bentover rows, heavy squats etc.

I also do plenty of ab/core work and have begun to love my stretching sessions.

For no reason, two days i woke up with a tight lower back which gradually got worse.

Had a good stretch which just seemed to aggravate it. I can walk, stand, lift while i'm upright but as for putting on pants and shoes or anything bent over seems to hurt a bit.

This morning i did a chest, back, ab (crunches only) workout and along with my usual pre workout combo of Chocamine/Geranamine and Citrulline/Beta Alanine i added a flat t-spoon of Bulk Cissus (which i found in the cupboard)and right now my back doesn't feel too bad. I also feel much fuller in the muscles as well.

Would it be possible for the Cissus to work that quick?
