6:30am- WEIGHT GAINER SHAKE, BAGEL, banana: Prime, MultivitamiN

9:30 am- Natural Peanut butter on whole grain

12:15-Anabolic Pump, BCAA

12:30pm- fish or beef: brown rice, sweet potato or lentils: veggies: Prime, GLUTAMINE

3:30pm- pre workout Shake, 50g whey

4:30- pre wo supps,creatine,powerfull,Jack3d

5pm-wo

6:15pm- post wo Shake w/ 50g whey, GLUTAMINE

7:45-Anabolic Pump, BCAA

8pm- fish, or beef: brown rice, sweet potato, beans, or lentils: veggies: Prime,

9:30pm- WEIGHT GAINER SHAKE

10:30pm -Powerfull

how many prime are you taking? if you have a chance to do the 6-9 protocol that's what i'd go with a have had a lot of success with it. other wise it looks pretty good. I took the extra 3 caps of prime with my pre-workout powerful and it was pretty effective

One problem wait LONGER before taking powerfull, weight gainers have plenty of carbs, carbs are a NO NO with powerfull, at least 2 or more hours post meal before dosing powerfull.

I'm using the 69 protocol for PRIME. How long should I wait before taking Powerfull?
