    I would vote for 1-2 AP 15 minutes prior to the main meal. This will limit the insulin release and jam the nutrients into the muscle cells.

    Ill have my little yellow caps handy, that's for sure!

    No pill will but they help with damage control a little. I will be eating alot im sure, but the good stuff, no pie or bread for me.

    I slammed back 2 AP 20mins before I ate then ate nothing but turkey and ham with a small amount of homemade stuffing good stuff......

    Food was good, but the P-Slin, O-E-P, AP and Recreate did well to keep things in check. Weight has remained close to the same even though my diet has been bad since Thanksgiving.
