a there was just thinking about this... since Lipotrophin-PM has the Banaba Extract (1% Corosolic Acid) in it? is this the same as the p-slin complex in AP?

Ima give it a try tonight with some powerfull and 5HTP there may already be an answer somewhere on AM but i cant find it..

Makes no sense at all.....

AP will make your muscle cells need carbohydrates and you will go into gluconeogensis at night....

Gluconeogensis is turning AMino Acids into glucose and our muscles are the source of Amino Acids...

AP corsolic acids content varies from 12-15 percent and we also extract for specific tannins.....


PowerFULL and 5htp, yes.
 
ok thx for the answer i was just also thinking this because doesn't it have like fat liberating effects in a fasted state? Isn't that's why you use it for fasted cardio or does it need exercise for that to be effective?

Fasted cardio is important for this application.

not necessarily fasted cardio . . . fasted weight training, in particular supersets or trisets can impart the same effect! :cheers:

Adding in ReCreate and/or PowerFull improves the results remarkably . . . . add in a little Prime . . . . you get the picture ;)

alright so i know all this stuff, ive been using the whole usp line for a while with great results hands down the best natural products on the market. So maybe it was because i was tired let me try and reexplain probably still off but it works up in my head :32:.
-ok so 1hour 20min prebed shake
50g casein
1 tb flax oil=15g fat
1.5g Acetyl-L-Carnitine
-20min prebed
2powerfull
100mg 5htp
-0min prebed
1 AP
so here is my thinking.... the shake give be a ton of slow protein throughout the night as well as a ready source of healthy fat primed for energy use.
Acetyl-L-Carnitine may have fat liberating properties, powerfull increases my bodies ability to to release HGH which may help my body release more fat to be used as energy. here is where i'm less sure, AP in a fasted state can help your body use fat as an energy source.

so.. since i got a whole ton of slow releasing fat/protein in my system and a few products working to make more fats usable while i sleep?

idk it sounds less crazy up im my thinking space. what do you think does that sound better? maybe a little or

It has fat liberating effects outside of fasted cardio and fasted cardio is maybe 1 hour then you eat something but you sleep for 6-10 hours...

You just do not want your body to crave glucose at night. AP is potent in translocating(signaling) GLUT4 to the surface of the muscle cell and at night your bodies preferred fuel source is fat so let’s work with your body not against it...

I am developing a night time supplement just for board use but in the meantime, the best out there for nighttime theromogenisis is a combo of;

PowerfULL(increases HGH and testosterone)-HGH burns fat and feed recovery
50% EGCG green tea with below 1 percent of caffeine(500mgs)
20mgs Forskolin if Nutra does not have it Vitamin shoppe as a 20%

Forskolin will liberate fat(lipolysis) and increase thyroid output and EGCG switches your body preference for fuel to fat!

This is an anabolic way to lose fat at night, speed recovery, sleep like a baby and grow lean body mass or preserve it depending on your diet..

have you tried Mullets fasted training protocol with recreate and AP and BCAAs....great innovative program.....

How much caffeine/Yo'bama HCL?
You do not want to over-do it on the CNS stims buddy...
 
200mgs of Caffeine and 10mgs of YHCL
I figured that'd be ok since RC doesn't have much stim effect and I already have a pretty high stim tolerance.
