AP/Recreate

What can I expect from this stack? I am trying to cut down from 11% bf right now. I was taking Mitotropin but it really isnt doing anything for me that I can tell except making me not feel so great.

Also, is there any need for an NO product if I am taking AP? Feedback is appreciated with this stack, and let me know if there is something else I can add to make it more effectivefor cutting and keeping the gains I have made if not adding more.

Running this right now. I think the best part is I can keep more carbs in my diet, complex carbs of course while still leaning out. Having the carbs in your diet with AP will certainly help keep your gains.

I'd add in jack3d or DominATP (or both and depending if your cycling out stims or not) pre workout to give you a boost for your workouts, especially useful when you're on a calorie deficit, when you might not have all the energy you'd like.

Exactly!!!!!!!!!!! Love it that many are picking up the importance of utilizing carbohydrates efficiently with Anabolic Pump, love it!

Not only can you recover better but you can exercise intensely instead of the drag a$$ mentally draining workouts on minimal calories.

Workout more intensely burn more calories, lose fat, feel good(because you are eating carbohydrates) and gain some muscle...

When I went to buy the AP and Recreate, the guy said that people take AP, Recreate, Prime, and Powerfull together. Is this true, and if so, what kind of results are expected and what is the dosing pattern? That seems like a lot, 4 different supps at 50 dollars a piece, but I am curious about this.

The main thing I wan to do is get shredded. Arms are already leaned out pretty good, just trying to get the etching of the abs better.

If money is no object, sure hehe. They'll all certainly work in conjunction with each other.

I'd say if you're the type to kick to 11 in the gym, then definitely worth while looking at adding powerfull, prime or both.

AP and Recreate is a great stack. I'd see what the results are like, then stack as needed. I'm sure more people will chime in the benefits of adding each.

If you have the budget and/or a deadline, go for it and stack them all.

If I may add, you might just need to try to shop around a little also, to find better deals than 4X 50 bucks a pop($200bucks!), for instance:

Np has ap & recreate for 59.99 for the stack-

And Np also has Ap, Powerfull & Prime for 119.99-

Not trying to push NP or USP, but if you are diligent while searching around, you can definitely find great deals on these products, should you choose to tackle the big 4 combo stack. And dont forget, NP always has coupons that take a few dollars off, free shipping, and an occasional blowout/super sale which can save even more money. Plus there are other online retailers *gasp* that also have sales, so just look around for a bit before paying the higher instore prices. And more directly, for your current needs ap & rec should provide you with the results you are looking for, assuming that from your description, you already have your diet and training dialed in and in check.

All USPlabs products are designed to stack together but you can achieve results of a single product. You do not need to stack and I would recommend ONLY using 1 or 2 products so you can learn the supplement for future use.

Good advice, A lesser company would tell you just buy everything. Props!

I was just mentioning in Boro's thread the differences that I have come to take for granted using these products with my training. When I used to cut calories and carbs I would experience strength decrease and some lethargy and always frustration. I could not cut calories and gain or even maintain muscle mass for long periods. Using these products I was able to adopt a phylosophy where I did not have to go to extemes to make gains. This some call recomp. This is how to take advantage of these products. Now recomp can have varying degrees based on calorie intake. The whole product line is designed to help you achieve your goals by managing your body fat while adding mass. They do this by allowing you to make the most of nutrition AP .. and Pslin. Make the most of your workouts and help you focus Jacked DominATP Refresh, greatly enhance your strength, endurance and recovery Prime (the best natural product ever developed in my humble opinion), help burn body fat Recreate and soon OEP and strategic use of AP. Get better rest and recovery Powerfull. See how all this ties together, to be successful in recomp your best to support your body in every aspect. Diet it the key surely but by giving yourself a helping hand you can exponentially enhance your results. The better your base the more benefit you will get. Take the whole supp line if you have the cash, jump right in the water is fine. Just make sure that if your knowledge and diet a weak then there are lots of people here that can help you out and lots of literature out on how to use these products and how to use your diet to your advantage with these products.

I started my USP journey with AP/Recreate and I soon found out I needed a lot of work on my diet and workout plan to fully benefit from the products. That being said, now I am taking nearly all of the USP products but dosing everythign properly, having the discipline to eat the right foods all the time, not miss workouts etc... is difficult and not for the faint of heart. Start with that stack; you will find the fat will slowly drop and if you use AP right some strength increases will come as well (at least they did for me, especially dosing it pre/post workout).

This is a matter of preference. Effective NO products should enhance vasodilation, supporting the transportation of nutrients to adipocytes and skeletal muscle cells. Anabolic Pump, on the other hand, via GLUT4 translocation, demonstrates a preference for driving glucose/macronutrients into skeletal muscle cells, as opposed to adipose cells, all without impacting serum concentrations of insulin. With Anabolic Pump, the muscles also feel full upon saturation with macronutrients, trigerring what some refer to as the food pump during exercise. :food:
