  1. This stack is amazing, but you already know that.

    Your actually very strong man for your weight, as I am sure your not pushing yourself as hard as you possibly can with those weights being a traditional BB.

    Yea the stacks great it works like it says it does thats for sure

    Thanks a lot man but I push myself 110% in everything I do. Im just still recovering strength wise from contest prep in my compound lifts, I dont have the same drive through the rep as I did towards the end of my off season yet which sucks, but its coming thats for sure

    thats awesome man its always better to give yourself more time then not enough thats for sure; im here to answer any questions you might have along the way dont hesitate.
    I honestly havent started the stack yet; eta is tomorrow according to UPS tracking which means I will probably start the stack on Sunday at the beginning of my weekly routine. That being said im 20 years old and with that in mind once I fully recover hormone level wise from contest prep Ill be good to go hahah

    Definitely Glad i switched up yesterday and today inn the routine, my legs feel fresh and i think I nailed my test boo yaa! Time to do work and make these legs grow

    Oh man I absolutely killed the weights today, I felt like a man possessed and got all this done in a little over an hour with a training partner! I've been decreasing the rest time lately because with school picking up I need to condition myself to get in and out of the gym a little better. Gotta cut down the daydreaming in between sets haha. Now I'm giving myself about 45 seconds between sets on auxiliary lifts and about 60-90 on heavy compound lifts and I'm loving how it feels so far.

    DAMN!! I have such a great picture that I want to post up... but I cant yet because of my post count but today in my package pickup at school I had the pleasure of getting my order of 2 grape xtends and 2 full asteroid stacks and pslin; stack starts next week. Time to kill this thing


    P.S - I hate 8am classes, no matter how early i get to sleep the night before Im exhausted by this time at night and I dont have class unil 430 tomorrow so I have no reason to go to sleep early

  10. Asteroid Stack started today! Just took my first serving of Prime. Ill be going through 2 bottles of each asteroid stack in this cycle, im hoping for some huge results

    Today was day 4 on Prime so It may be a few more days before I really get the full force effects of Prime but theres osmething going on inside my body thats for sure, and I like it.

  18. Well After about 5 weeks on my new workout routine I readjusted it a bit in order I think to really maxmimize my efforts in and out of the gym. I say now that this routine is perfect but I'm sure as I go along with it I'll tweak things here and there and come 5weeks from now it'll be slightly different again haha I guess this is the reason why i've been lifting for 6 years withot gettig bored, I'm too ADD to stick with the same exact routine for long enough to get bored

    New plan is as follows:
    Sunday - Back/Delts/Traps
    Monday- Off (busiest school day by far)
    Tuesday - Arms/Chest
    Wednesday - Legs
    Thursday - Delts / Back
    Friday - Off(cardio)
    Saturday - Chest/Arms/Quads or Hams (Alternate each week)

    4 days on the asteroid stack so far and Im loving it. I definitely feel it in the gym ive been really really pumped and vascular, more than normal during my workouts. Way to early to comment on any muscle building highlights while on it but it has definitely been taking my individual workouts to the next level thats for sure

    On another aspect of my athletic life im coming out of retirement!! me and my friends are signing up for an intramural flag football team at school games starting on november 1st. I cant wait this is going to be so much fun and help me get my cardio in for sure.

    Damn mid-term time of the semester I may be a little lacking with the updates over the next week as I have my discrete mathmatics mid term friday, a 5 page paper due friday, astronomy quiz tomorrow, and my software engineering midterm monday. Im still getting to the gym and getting everything i need to get done just dont have that little extra time to write everything up i wish i did this week. I honestly love being busy and always having something to do so im not complaigning

    Couple updates from lifting side of things, my deadlifts and heavy lifts are continuing to ge tbck to where they were and beyond. Im trying some new rest/repitition techniques because Ive been getting kind of bored with doing the same old same old in the gym but other than that everything bodybuilding wise and other is going great.

    I relaxed a little bit this weekend diet wise and enjoyed a couple cheat meals with my friends, it was really needed and helped me de-stress a bit. Also was able to catch up on sleep a bit which helped bring down my stress levels A LOT


    So far Im about a week and a half on the asteroid stack and workout wise my strength has been skyrocketing. It is a little to early than normal for Prime to be in full effect just from past experiences but I can feel it taking affect combined with the slight rebound in weight post contest im still experiencing. Powerfull has definitly increased the quality of sleep as well, thats the most noticable I think. I feel more rested on the same amount of sleep when I get up for my 8am classes everyday. So far so good, over the next week or so is the golden time for me and Prime as I usually feel it in full force around week 2, cant wait!

    11.5oz sweetpotatos
    3.7 oz chicken

    After back sunday I'm feeling a little tweak in my right bicep around where it connects to my forarm, yet I lifted arms anyway today and I hit em hard, good news it doesn't feel any worse haha also my elbows are acting up a bit again, i have tendinittis in my elbows but i manipulated my workout the last year qnd theyve benefited from it, ill just take off from skull crushers the next couple arms days because movements like that or french curls are what really bother them
    I had an amazing workout with unbelievable pumps and vascularity. I honeslty can say a perfect diet + Anabolic pump + p-slin gives me the best pumps I could ever ask for it's amazing how full I feel once I get my first warmup set in. Doing hammer curls my arms-shoulders-kneck I would be a blood drives dream.

    I'm writing this update while on the treadmil watching the price is right haha because I know once I get back to my apartment it's time to get to work on my 5-page paper until a quiz at 430-lab at 6- and back home to study the rest of the night, gotta love middle of the semester

  30. Nice workout. I hope those tendons hold up. I am in the middle of resting my arms to get rid of some tendonitis myself. Keep hammering man. By the end of this week the changes will be evident from the Asteroid Stack.
