I am going to pick a bottle of this up today. After reading the dosing recomendations I am a little confused, hopefully someone can help.
1. It says follow a 5 day on 2 day off cycle. So If I workout Mon-Wed, take thursday off, then workout friday and take Sat and sunday off How would I do this? On Thursday I still train Jui Jitsu, but no resistance training....
2. It also says on non workout days take a lesser dose? How can I cycle 5 days on 2 days off if on my off days I still take a dose (albeit a lesser dose)?
I have a feeling i'm overthinking this but want to make sure I take the proper doses for maximum benefit.
