  1. Asteroid stack and Muscle Fatigue


    I have been experiencing extreme muscle fatigue during my workouts since starting the asteroid stack. Its not so much a lack of energy but my muscles have absolutely nothing left in them after maybe 2 exercises.
    Ill bench 75lb dumbells 12 times first set and then 85lb's 4 times and im fatigued to the point of absolute failure.
    Has anyone else experienced this lower muscular endurance while taking the asteroid stack??

    I have not heard of this whatsoever, exclusively the opposite. How much carbohydrate do you consume per meal when dosing Anabolic-Pump?

  3. I make sure I consume between 40-50g of carbs every dose of AP. I also drink plenty of water, about a gallon a day. Last carb meal taken at 3:30-3:45 and workout is at 5:20 or 5:30.

  4. I think I read that some folks need more carbs with AP.

  5. I dont want to take too many carbs that close to dosing with my pre-workout PowerFull.
    More than 40-50g carbs at that last pre-workout meal seems kind of excessive dont you think?

    Not at all when using Anabolic-Pump. Increase carbohydrate consumption to 60g, 15 minutes after dosing 1 capsule of Anabolic-Pump.

    I have personally consumed upwards of 200g of carbohydrate pre-training.

  7. Yah I get the exact opposite when on this stack, my third set is usually my strongest, it's kind of freaky.
