Jack3d, any cardio side effects?

Im getting ready to order more protein, and really want to pick up JACK3D as well, as i've heard great things. Im wondering, will it have any negative side effects to my cardio? I usually run about 3-5 miles or swim for an hour or two
everyday.

Does JACK3D benefit one in any type of training, as I do almost exclusively bodyweight training...
 
The only negative side effect I can see is that you will want to do more cardio/workout than before. I took a couple of weeks off of Jacked (not by choice, it was out of stock @ NP). When I started using Jacked again, my workout's have become incredible again. No other PWO supplement has ever come close to Jacked and I hope to never run out again. Give it a try and you will understand why its always sold out!

This is for shore! This stuff make you all warm & tingly after drinking it in like 15 mins. Then it's WAR TIME! 2 scoops is enought for me, 3 makes me insane.

Jacked is one of the best ever PW I've ever taken. Some other great ones that I use from time to time is, Spike tabs, R4W. Soon I will try the new Uplift by Beverly. I hear it's a butt kicker.

How is Biotest's PW? I forget the name. Anybody?
