USP Product Stack - Please Advise...

In about 2 weeks I plan on starting a run of some USP products. I wanted to have you guys take a look at my product line up and dosing and let me know if I am missing anything or going overboard on anything.

I am male, 26 years old.
Current weight: approx 153 lbs.
Current height: 5'8"
Current bf%: (according to LA Fitness yesterday) 9.4%

Here is a picture of me just so you can get a feel for where my body structure is. Please ignore the fact that this is a complete "myspace" shot. I never have anyone that can really take pics of me in my "muscle" poses.

Over the last year and a half, I have dropped from a lazy, non-muscular 235 lbs (32% bf), to a fairly lean, athletic 150 lbs. (9% bf). I train in MMA (recreationally) 2-3 days/wk. I get 3-4 days/wk of resistance training, and cardio 3-4 days/wk. Obviously some days I do both cardio and strength training.

My diet is very clean, approx 2200 calories, with a macro breakdown of approx 50/30/20 (p/c/f) with all complex carbs besides post-w/o meal and the occasional breakfast fruit. Protein comes from lean meats and whey shakes.

My goal for this stack is a lean-bulk. I have now gotten a good majority of the fat off that I wanted to lose, but I am ready to start putting some muscle on. I don't however want to go on a huge 3500 calorie bulking diet and gain a lot of fat back. It is summer time after all and I'm finally comfortable without a shirt.

STACK:

BULK 1-CARBOXY - 660mg caps - 2 caps before breakfast, 2 caps before lunch, 1 cap before bed.
VAT ATTACK - 725mg caps - 2 caps before breakfast, 2 caps before lunch, 1 cap before bed.
PRIME - 2 caps with each major meal.
RECREATE - 2 caps before breakfast, 1 cap before pre w/o meal
ANABOLIC PUMP - 1 cap 20 min before each major meal w/ ~65g carbs
PSLIN - 1 cap 15 min before morning meal OR 1 cap 15 min before pre w/o meal (meals containing ~65g carbs)
JACK3D - 2 scoops pre w/o

Multi-Vitamin - 1 cap w/ Am meal, 1 cap w/ afternoon meal
Salmon Oil - 1 cap w/ each major meal
Tonalin CLA - 1 cap w/ each major meal
Green Tea Extract - 2 caps w/ AM meal, 2 caps w/ afternoon meal
COq10 - 1 cap w/ Am meal, 1 cap w/ afternoon meal
Chromium Picolinate - between AM and afternoon meal

American Whey Protein
Optimum Nutrtion BCAA Powder
GNC Creatine Monohydrate Powder

These products are all something I already have, but I am not currently taking anything besides the Multi-vitamin, Salmon Oil, Whey Protein, BCAA's, Creatine Mono, and Jack3d.

I didn't necessarily have a time frame in mind. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts on that as well. I just reached one goal, so now I'm moving on to the next. Ultimately I would like to be about 185 Lbs @ approx 7-8% bf.

that pic was taken about a week or two ago so thats where i am now. LA fitness has a handheld device that said i was at 9.4% 3 or 4 days ago. im sure a caliper test would be much more accurate...

If you're using VAT, Recreate, and AP in a lean bulk with calories 500 over maintenance, you probably will put on very little fat.

Yah I have you between 7 and 8 in that photo. Don't know where the extra 1 or 2% could be hiding

Good to know. Thanks DW. I'm not well versed in spotting body compositions so I usually just have to take some undereducated LA Fitness "trainer"'s word for it...

good job on the weight loss bro, from somebody who got up to 215 (and prob. 30% bf) a few years ago.

just a couple things that I would do in your situation: if you're not taking any of this stuff (esp. prime/powerfull/ap/slin) yet I would err on the higher calorie side with those as long as you're getting enough calorie burn with exercise. With the Prime, you'll get a constant recomp; with PF you will get a big constant pump and AP/slin do the same but somewhat different (my experience, at least but I also get a huge energy rush from 1-c/powerfull).

as for results of all that it would probably help to perhaps phase stuff in week by week if you haven't taken them yet. I started with Cissus, ReCreate & AP first, then moved on to PF and eventually to Prime & all the powders.

not sure if that helped at all...if it did I can add more but don't want to bore anyone. I'm sure if you can get dreamweaver and snags to input more info you won't be worse off.
