I start Sunday with supplementation and Monday will be my first workout. The stack will look something like this. As you can see I've covered a lot of bases:

1 AP or 400 mg Pslin on high carb days non workout

My goals is to get leaner and if I get a little bigger I won't complain. Past experience with these supps has shown me that size increase is inevitable. My goal is to dip below 10% bf and remain over or as close to 240 as I can. That is fairly conservative as I have grown to expect more and would not be surprised if my weight actually went up a bit and my body fat go down a couple points.
I will be starting with month 3 of the Freak workout goes something like this...
Day 1
P1) Bench Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4
P2) Barbell Curls 3x10, 3x8-4-4
S1) Lateral Raises 2x6-12-25
Day 2
P1) Squats 4x10
P2) Calve Press in Leg Press 4x10
S1) Pec Dec 2x6-12-25
S2) Hammer Curls 2x6-12-25
Day 3
P1) Supine Grip Pullups 3x10, 3x8-4-4
P2) Decline Close Grip Bench Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4
Day 4
P1) Deadlifts 4x10
P2) Standing Barbell Military Press 3x10, 3x8-4-4
S1) Seated Rows 2x6-12-25
S2) Lying Tricep Extensions 2x6-12-25
I will be working this 5 days on 2 days off, the first week is only 4 days as on Sunday I will be attending the Fame world championships... I still haven't completely worked out weeks 5-8 yet but will post it later, it will involve heavy chest work though.
So let the games begin ... gonna be a wild ride!!!!
