HELP! I want to start the Asteroid Stack tomorrow!

Hello and thanks to borobulker for making my meal plan for me! This was designed around a late morning/early afternoon workout time. Well, due to a recent job change my work out times will be either 6pm or 8pm. I was hoping someone could tell me how the following meal plan will change with a much later workout time. I rise @ 6:30 and hope to be in bed no later than 10:30pm. Any help is appreciated because I'm hoping to start the Asteroid Stack tomorrow! I also use NO-Shotgun pre-workout and NO-Synthesize intra-workout.






20 Minutes Prior to Meal 1
1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump On Empty Stomach

Meal 1 (Breakfast)
4 egg whites
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 whole eggs
1/2 cup Oatmeal
3 USPlabs PRIME

Meal 2 (Lunch)
Can prepare as stir-fry
6oz Extra Lean Ground Beef
1/4 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Broccoli
1T Extra Virgin Olive Oil (add post cooking)

20 Minutes Prior to Pre-Workout Meal
1 USPlabs Anabolic-Pump

Pre-Workout Shake
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 scoop Casein Protein Powder
1-2 Apple’s/Banana’s
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2T ground Flax Seeds

30 Minutes Prior to Training
3 USPlabs PowerFULL
3 USPlabs PRIME On Empty Stomach

Post-Workout Shake
1 scoop Whey Protein Powder
1 scoop Casein Protein Powder
1 Banana
1/2 cup Oatmeal
1/2 T ground Flax Seeds

Post Workout Meal
6oz Chicken Breast
1/2 Sweet Potato
1 cup Cauliflower
3 USPlabs PRIME

Meal 6
1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1 cup Celery Sticks
1T All Natural Peanut Butter

30 Minutes Prior to Bed
2 USPlabs PowerFULL On Empty Stomach
